Verizon provides great customer service with knowledgeable and patient staff who are clear in explanation and kind. The service is consistently excellent, making it worth visiting even when other locations are closer. Staff are a big help with options and activating devices, taking care of customers thoroughly. However, some devices may be considered overpriced. The staff is an asset and will take care of you.

Experience was good. I do not like the phone I purchased. The keyboard is too small. the screen is too small. my old one was small enough. This one is a little smaller. I need a bigger screen. The more I use it the more I hate it.
