Verizon provides great customer service with knowledgeable and patient staff who are clear in explanation and kind. The service is consistently excellent, making it worth visiting even when other locations are closer. Staff are a big help with options and activating devices, taking care of customers thoroughly. However, some devices may be considered overpriced. The staff is an asset and will take care of you.
Dustin was super awesome and helpful. Very informative and willing to answer questions and concerns. He offered various products that may suit my needs and got me to make a considerable upgrade. Looking forward to contacting him when I am ready to add my personal line.
