Main store in Berryville. In the past year, I feel service in the store has gone down. They are focusing on pick up and delivery.

Had an issue with our delivery order, spoke with Susan the manager, she had it resolved and fees refunded before I was even off the phone with her!
Super pleasant, super professional, really cares about people and her job. She is amazing.
Thank you Susan for being a friendly and competent professional at the Walmart, you rock!

Love our local Walmart. Super thankful to have associates who go above and beyond when needing assistance. I love that they constantly introducing new products. Thankful for the cleanliness!

I typically don’t have issues here but lately have been trying to buy pregnancy tests out of the locked cabinet. I saw a worker who told me I had to push the button so I did and nobody showed up. I proceeded to push it 3 more times then decided to leave and after walking away, I finally noticed someone heading that way so I had to turn back around. Then I went to buy condoms a week later and the same thing happened. I pushed the button 4/5 times but this time nobody showed up for about 20 minutes so I just left. Why bother locking something up and “selling” it if we can’t even get to it in the first place and no workers will show up?

Walmart prices are much to high now, the produce they carry have gone up in price and have less in them. There not any good low cost off brand options. There are not pure can sugar soda options. I can buy the same stuff at aldi's for half the price

One of the cleanest and best organized Walmarts I have ever been in. Could not find any decorative cushions for chairs, though. Maybe not a popular item on this side of the lake.

I hate going to this store, but it is closest. This store is always a mess. It appears to be staffed by teenagers. I made a quick trip through the ladies' clothing. There were 4 girls folding clothes and blocking 2 aisles. They were having a conversation about their boyfriends and did not seem to even notice my presence or move out of the aisles so I could pass. I found another girl hiding in the middle of a clothing rack talking on a cell phone. A "manager" stood about 20 feet away and appeared not to even notice. The aisles are almost impassable using a mobility cart. Likewise, the parking lot is a disaster. Cart boys were more intent on their phones than paying attention to traffic. The kids' working pick-up would walk out with orders and immediately get on their phones. A pick-up that should have taken less than 10 minutes total took 30 minutes. This store needs better management and better employee supervision. Cell phone use should be restricted to breaks.
