Cody is a fantastic trainer that works with what you need, not what he does or the trending workouts. I've gone to him for multiple reasons myself. Once was for help with recovery from a knee surgery, which his help allowed me to get out of physical therapy 3 months ahead of schedule. Once was for training for powerlifting, which I am still doing years later. I've recommended him to anyone who says they are looking for a personal trainer and everyone has been pleased. I've had other trainers in the past but Cody has been by far the best

Cody has helped me for about 4 months now and has literally upped my fitness to a whole new level. Helped me make my target weight and also gained a ton of strength and cardio. Highly recommended

Best personal trainer around. He's very knowledgeable about exercise and diet. Whatever your fitness goals may be, please consult with him or his wife. They'll definitely work with you to achieve those goals. I'm glad I'm there. Already showing great results!!

Cody and Cynthia are the absolute sweetest couple I've ever met. They absolutely love each other, and helping the world feel better. Nothing is about your looks, status, or level of working out with them. It's about gaining strength, power, and confidence. It's truly a one on one experience. They work with my schedule, have helped my person massage business become more powerful, and make me completely comfortable with my body. I am so excited for this new studio, and see where we all go from here!
