While there is a note that they do not like to answer the phone, there are no other complaints. Staff is always friendly and helpful, which is what you want from a post office.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not sure what else you can want from a post office. I’m not sure how you forgetting or losing your mailbox key is the post offices fault. Sounds like you should be more responsible if that’s the case. No complaints from me other than they don’t like to answer the phone.
