“Continually provide recommendations on the best product needed for the do it yourself repair and offer advice on how to use the products. One of the few places where they remember the customer by name.”
“(Translated by Google) Very good service and although it took a while for my carburetor to arrive and it worked very well for me, the only bad thing is that they do not have a price for everything and I feel that I annoy them by asking how much what I need to buy costs, but very good service and attention(Original)Muy buen servicio y aunque se tardó en llegar mi carburador llegó y me funcionó muy bien lo único malo es que no tienen precio cada cosa y siento que los molesto con estar preguntando cuánto cuesta lo que necesito comprar pero muy bien servicio y atención”
“Always curious, attentive service, & if they don't have it they can normally order it for and have it sometimes as soon as same day, depending upon the time...”
“The staff were sitting around chanting some Hare krishna mantras when i walked in. I was going to order parts for my rolls royce but then i remembered, . . . uh, i don't have a rolls royce. DOH.❗️”
“Honestly I was a little nervous taking my car here but they did a great job. they fixed the damage from the deer hit and the paint matches perfectly, I can't even tell where it was. Id definitely go back if I need anything else done.”
“Blowout on I 55 south of Blytheville. AAA sent tow truck driver, Jacke, from Bill's Auto & Towing. Very professional and efficient. Changed by tire in less than 5 minutes. He told me not to drive over 60 mph on the donut spare. Concerned about my safety. Recommended a tire shop down the road to get tire patched. Went over and above to get me safely back on the road home. Great job!”
“They was packed but the crew kept their cool and they excellent customer service skills and hard work made my day chuck the tire technician was on point he's a Keeper please reward him for his hard work.”
