“Let me start by saying that I don't really leave reviews but the women at this store really left an impression on me so I thought I would share I just came out the store next door and the young lady in there was chillin on her phone I thought she was a customer anyway I walk in Factory Connections and I got a wonderful greeting and she let me know what was on sale and pointed me to the plus size section after I inquired about it. She made me feel so comfortable she even helped me pick out an outfit because I hate shopping can you believe it a woman who hates shopping lol ? anyway, that was customer service at its best and she deserves a raise not from just this review but all the others.Thanks Sky!!!”
