Pro Nails has permanently lost a loyalty customer. I will never go back! I went on my lunch break. The man left a customer in the chair with unfinished nails while he went in the back for about 8 minutes. When he came back, he was piddling around and walking slowly. He made no effort to get the customers taken care of quickly and there was someone else in waiting ahead of me. Finally I said I had to go back to work and asked what time they closed. They said 5:00 and I said I would be back by then. I went back at 4:15 and they told me they would not get me in because they were closed. I told them how they had just 4 hours prior said they would be open until 5:00. The woman said "we are closing early today." They were highly unprofessional and never even said "sorry" or tried to schedule an appointment for me. I will never go back!

Should have listened to the reviews. Went here and the man that did my nails did them horribly. Several were already chipped and streaky looking the same day I left the nail shop!!! Some even looked black and I got gel French tips!! Didn’t even last a week before the polish begin to peak and come completely off. Will not ever go back!!

Went into the salon 3 different times, all before 5:10pm. Tried to make an appt, was pushed off, waited over an hour in the shop, and the third time I was told they were closed at 5:09. Google clearly says 6. My money is clearly no good at this business so I’ll never step foot back in the doors.

He ripped the top layer of nail off of my index finger and just looked at me when he did it! Then proceeded to put on the tip like nothing had happened! I will never go there again!

They did a good job on both my husband and myself. The man was very bossy to me, but he worked on my husband and did a good job. He wasn’t bossy to my husband. The lady did a good job.

Rude. Rude. Rude. No customer service. Lost my money stream. Don’t go there if you want competent good service as a spa experience should be relaxing, peaceful and fun. Don’t open your wallet there and support them. Many other places to go for the same service.

Have been going for awhile. I like their work but their customer service is not near as good as other nail salons. You have to pay an extra $2 per credit card transaction which makes the price even higher. I mean everyone uses a card today, so I don't see why it should be $2 more.

Place is awful, first time going and it was nothing but pitiful!! And I'm not a hard person to please at all. And they over charged! Never in my life going back.
