No customer focus at all and I'm not talking about just this customer. I wanted to buy items for an oil change for my car and check the price of new tires. I was 4th in line at the automotive checkout. As I waited ten minutes, I watched all three employees waiting on or doing something with a customer(?) in the waiting room. My goodness they were SO slow. About 4 of us in line put our items back on the shelf and met up at Autozone.

In produce, I sometimes forget to look at the dates on the packaged produce and again today I got all the way home and my salad mix had expired yesterday, the bottom of the greens are slimy. To too that off when trying to dry the slimy lettuce I found a dead ladybug . I just think items should be checked for expiration dates by the store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an Xbox one release date, paid for it, and reserved in store like Walmart protocol explained. Call to pick up my console after work and the employees had sold my reserved order. Talked to unprofessionally by the General Manager as well was told "Let me break it down to you." after it was his employees and stores mistake.

"LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson issued an order Thursday requiring people to wear face masks in public throughout the state, which has had a surge in coronavirus cases over the past several weeks.... and a day after Bentonville-based Walmart said it would require customers to wear masks in all of its U.S. stores. ..." on July 16, 2020. I called the store and asked why 2 employee had on mask on, 3 had them below the face, two had them hanging form a ear, i was told " the as of this morning that was on longer the as it is -- Walmart has made announcement ---- and I now more --then --you". Then she hong up the phone.

Today was our 7 year Wedding Anniversary and I had to go to wal mart super center in Blytheville arkansss. I went in to. Purchase an item(which they did not have) and while inside store i thought about a body spray i wanted walked to the perfume department and got it. Went to the clothing dept at that time got a text and a call so took the call and text and had to leave for emergency reason and walked to the front no short lines at the register so knowing I did not have the time to wait in line i laid the item down. Given it was not in the correct spot but like i said i had gotten an emergency call and was in a rush. Proceeded to leave the store and 2 young males approached me outside the first doors and said ma'am i followed you from the perfume dept to the clothing to here. I said ok why? ( why was they following me to begin with)He said i seen you put the body spray in your purse , i said do what?? He said it again . i said excuse me No you did no!!t, he said yes you did you put it in your purse . i said no sir i did not and opened my purse up right there and showed him he said yes you did. I dont know what you did with it but i seen you. I said no i did not and told him about the phone call and text and told him where i laid it down at he went on to harrass me and told me i was lying and i had it on my body someplace but he was not able to search me that i was gonna have to go with them and be searched. I said you better call a police and store manager right now!!! The younger guy said maam i watched you i know what you did. I said sir come with me i will show you exactly where i laid it down and i took him straight to it. He then still told me if i laid it down then i must of took something else. I said sir the buzzer did not go off and i opened my purse to show you i had nothing and people staring at me embarrased me bad. He said well im doing my job i said so your job is to accuse everyone you see put their phone back in their purse of stealing he said maam it was not your phone i said it was my phone and he still went on to accuse me of stealing and being very hateful to me . i said this is crazy and embarrasing . the older guy that looked to be in early 40s said well we are just doing our job and our job when we see someone we think are stealing is to treag it as a robbery i said so ehat happened to innocent until proven guilty he said. Look lady i am a former police officer and no cop treats anyone as innocent until proven guilty its not a law. I said well may not be but it is not right. And i demanded for a store manager to be notified and the young security guy popped off even after he (manager) came and all wal mart manager said was im sorry maam ill deal with it, and i had the perfume in my hand from.where i showed them where i had laid it down at he snatched it and threw it in a buggy. This was an emotional embarrasing moment. Needless to say there was 5 people that know me and my family and you know if someone sees them escorting you up front first thing is they think you did some thing wrong. Im considering calling a lawyer on Monday over it for harrasment and humiliation they didnt even ask for a name or number to call knowing i was upset to me wal mart should be held accountable for their employees. You steal from them they take you to court or you go to jail so why should they be sble to humiliate and embarras not to mention i was leaving the store to begin with because of an emergency situation. All this over a 2.98 bottle of body spray seriously i have never been so humiliated in my life. Then to not even be handled properly. Smh!!! Will be contacting corporate... Karen nostars recommended but had to post one to post ... I shop at wal mart in bly arkansas almost daily...

If I could put 0 stars I would. I took my almost brand new car to the auto center to get an oil change yesterday. Today while driving the car, I started to hear the engine rumbling and the car will just stop. I have to turn the car off and back on in the middle of the road just to get it to go a few more yards. Now, we are sitting at a much more reputable auto care store having them look at the car, which by the way didnt have ANY oil in it. And we are waiting to see if my engine is damaged. If it is, Walmart corporate will be hearing from us and I expect them to pay for the damage done to my new car. NEVER take your car here.

Good store to get all of your grocery shopping done. On weekends they sell out of a lot of items FAST! Good prices compared to Hays

I've been and shopped at hundreds of Walmart. This is the most unorganized 1 I've walked into. Lots of things are not priced. Most everything I was looking for I had to use Walmart app to figure out what the cost was. Parking lot is unmanaged. Expect shopping cart damage to your vehicles.

This is the worst place to take your car if you value your sanity and vehicle please never go here! First visit to this state and to this Walmart after a highway blowout I was towed here to fix my flat and to my freaking surprise the tire professional locks my keys in the trunk! However, not the end of the world so I thought until being told by the local locksmith we still couldn't get into the car 4 hours later the Walmart management is considering busting out the window of my 2009 BMW absolutely unacceptable! Missing my award show and work put into a hotel overnight and awake back to my nightmare car has to be towed to Memphis for service and hopefully I can get on the road home. I will say this is the worst experience of my life! The only person who was a godsend was Vikki the stores manager she was extremely empathetic and reasonable is the only reason I'm free to give this review. I must say she did fire the guy who caused this horrible experience and extended us awesome hospitality. But I will never want to relive or possibly revisit this place again.

In response to my complaint to the Walmart website (which is what I posted as my review), the asst. store manager did give me a call as a follow-up investigation. She reviewed the points of my complaint, apologized and gave me a gift card. I don't know the outcome at the store, but I think I will ask at the automotive counter if they have any problems working on my Baja before having my oil changed at any Walmart in the future.
