The range is known for its warm welcome and accommodating staff, with Angela and Logan providing excellent customer service. Logan, in particular, is praised for his patience, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to go in-depth to ensure students fully understand the material. Customers have described the classes as interactive and informative, with plenty of hands-on learning opportunities. One satisfied customer shared their experience of taking a class with their two youngest boys, focusing on the AR-15 platform. Despite some initial gear issues, Logan was accommodating and allowed the students to use his personal equipment, going above and beyond to ensure a positive learning experience.
