“Rooms were awesome! Beds comfortable. Carpet was clean. Smelled Amazing! Felt like home ... except
Staff needs some compassion for persons with true Service dogs. I totally understand the problem with people trying to pass their pup as an ESP. Faking documents and what not. But with that said, I felt upset with the hoops I was sent thru and the reaction from the staff stating my Service Dog documents could be gotten anywhere. I even brought his vet records because we crossed state lines, which is required. i asked if they would like to copy them and the lady on the phone with the front desk said ... Yes, it will help with our insurance when we file a claim.

They inspected our room before check out with a urine detection black light before we could recieve the deposit we had to place on the room. They stated that they did the inspection on every check out before returning the deposit. Upon check out i asked if we would be welcomed again in November to stay. Response We are usually booked that month... I said no problem I would book early if We were welcomed to stay again
... He stated. Well, we can't refuse Service Dogs.

“New management is amazing I absolutely love Pam she has gone above an beyond to clean up the place up. Remodelling all the rooms the before an after is unbelievable!!! I will always come here to stay an I would like to add that I’m very picky I an I will never sleep on a bed that doesn't have covers all the beds an pillows have covers which I love personally!!! I’m so happy to see this place turned around an at least when I stay here I know I won’t have a problem with junkies or crackheads!! Definitely will be back thanks Pam.”
