We were finally in contact with one another and I was informed that the company takes normally 5 business days to complete if not handmade arrangements, after which you will be informed of shipping. Unfortunately my order was missing a piece and would not come in time for my event. The customer service team, was very helpful and made the refund an easy transaction. I was able to contact them via my paypal account, and it was smooth sailing after that.”
