I bought a package and it said it was delivered but I wan on a trip. So I had my family wait at the house and they were told the package was lost and I didn't get my money back from the provider

They only open half day. I shipped a small package there I paid priority shipping it takes a whole week to get to its destination other usps only takes 3 days at most.

This post office is ridiculous. The driver leaves a note for a package, but then you go to the post office and they say oh it’s on the truck. Well…. How can i get the package, oh it will be back on Monday. What the crap…why leave a note… if its not at the post office.
