My Alfa Romeo need work did to it when a big truck had a blow out and tire hit my truck . I called around over three months looking for someone that can fix my truck. I called around and man said , Kelley called this numbers ask for Blake he work on luxury vehicle, I said ok . I called he said , come in so, I can take a look at it, I did . I pull up at carstar auto craft. Blake came out looking at truck he said you can leave it here, I can start on it Monday . Me looking like wait ….. I wasn’t expecting that . Me asking questions can you match paint etc …He said yes ,I said , I need a renter car . Went in office got me renter. Carstar AutoCraft keep my in loop got txt message about my truck . I got the txt said your vehicle ready to come home . I went got it . Look like the truck that was delivered to me paint spot in never would know if my truck had an accident. My vehicle was involved in an accident, so I decided based on previous reviews, to use CARSTAR AutoCraft Paint and Bodyworks. I am so glad I did! They were wonderful! They immediately came to get my car and began to work on it. They got the car on Monday and the work was completed by Friday morning! The work was excellent. My car looked brand new. They even cleaned it for me. Thank you CARSTAR! Your the best!

I made the decision to get my vehicle away from the recommended shops in the Atlanta area, because they seem to have had the insurance companies interest, not the customers. I was as surprised as I could be when I got a the initial report that upon tear down that much more damage was found than what was in my original local estimate. The entire process was handled openly and honestly with the local insurance adjuster. I didn’t have to lift a finger or make a single call. I made the trip out because it was more centrally located to where my son was attending school. My vehicle was repaired to the condition it was in the day of the accident. I applaud you for being open, honest and most importantly “making things right”. This thing carries my family and my livelihood more miles a year than I care to mention. I appreciate the care and effort you put into making me feel safe putting my kid back on the road in this vehicle. Kudos to your business. You’re doing things right.

The staff was friendly and informative. I was very impressed with how the car was returned clean on the outside and the inside. They even took care of a ding that was not in the initial estimate! I’d highly recommend Autocraft if you’re living in the NEA area.

Shady! That's the first word that describes AutoCraft, but definitely not the last nor only. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. When a fist and second estimate are $6700 apart, something is fishy. Take your vehicle here at your own risk.Update after response from shop.In your initial estimate you stated that the frame was damaged. Your initial estimate included that. You stated it was a total loss then at around $3,500. This clearly had to be based on the KBB value of the truck. You only did a supplemental review after the insurance asked you to do so and informed you of their valuation of the truck, which came in at just over $11k. After you found $6,700 more damge, which couldn't include the frame, because you found it on your initial inspection, the truck was deemed a total loss based on the insurance companies valuation of the truck. Then, when I informed you that I would be retaining the truck, you seemed mad and expected me to pay for your estimate, which is not how State Farm claims work.Even your response here is shady and untruthful.
