Point Blank Performance is hands down one of the best in the business for parts and customer service. The shop is known for being meticulous, paying attention to detail, and not skipping a step, doing everything the right way on builds, wiring, piping, and dyno work. They treat every vehicle as if it were their own. The owner and staff are great, nice, super personable, and very open, answering all questions and concerns honestly. They go above and beyond, making time for updates and communication. The shop itself is cleaner than most houses. They create many different American-made billet parts in-house. Customers report that their trucks run flawlessly and highlight experiences where the team worked quickly to resolve issues.
