Hours: The United States Postal Service is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address, managing over 30,000 retail locations. However, recent customer experiences show significant inconsistencies. While retail clerks are often described as very kind, professional, and with a great personable attitude, mail delivery service is frequently criticized. A common complaint is that the mail carrier is very lazy, sometimes driving by without delivering mail when recipients are outside waiting. Package handling is also problematic, with reports of packages never being placed by the front door but instead left in front of the garage, even in the rain, despite delivery scans indicating otherwise. Furthermore, delivery dates posted on Informed Delivery are very rarely correct, with mail taking longer than in the past and sometimes being scanned in one city only to be sent in the opposite direction of the delivery address.
