Cat Harlan has been instrumental in helping me get back into a fitness routine. In addition, she has given me great suggestions on my diet and products to help enhance my workout and recovery. I highly suggest having her as a trainer — and I highly suggest this gym. Good atmosphere, kind crowd.

10 Fitness has great staff, always friendly. Every day regards of time of day I see at least one employee cleaning. Often it smells fresh like cleaner. Clientele of all ages from over 70 to as young as 13. I don’t see many tools which I appreciate ;). Lots of equipment that is well kept up.

I started working out here in March. I started personal training with one of the trainers, Lauren. Since then I have made more progress than I ever would on my own, and I owe it all to Lauren, and the rest of the 10fitness crew. Great place, and great people! Couldn't recommend a better gym.
