Literally came in to get phone repaired and got told by the guy that was working over the phone with his employee to take the phone back where we got it from! Sad business, I’ve spent thousands here with my family phones and I will NEVER return to this location!!! If only there was a ZERO STAR! Where is the thanks and appreciation???

Quick response to my early afternoon visit. I came in to file an insurance claim which was resolved in a short period of tome. Service person was knowledgeable, spoke using terms I could understand, and did not talk down to me.

Jeff is awesome! Super knowledgeable and very capable of multitasking many tasks over different devices. The staff here are very personable and down to earth, yet professional and customer-driven. Definitely would recommend him to others and he has set the bar exceptionally high for competitors. Make sure to give this AT&T store a chance before locking in with any other company.

It was Saturday evening 10 minutes b4 closing on Memorial Day weekend. My brother which has a brain injury needed his phone service set up. I have to say Lance Ivory was the most patient person I’ve met in along time. He stayed until 8:00 trying to get us the best service for my brother. We had some complications & he had a solution for each of them. He was my angel sent to me that day, seeing I live in Texarkana & my brother is in Bryant & I was on my way home. Thank you Lance for answering all our d*** questions your kindness did not go with unnoticed.

My new Galaxy smart watch would not receive texts in standalone mode. Staff at store near Bass Pro tried for a week to fix the issue and gave up. Took to store in Bryant where they worked for 2 hours on this watch, and finally got it working perfectly! Great guys, great customer service! Highly recommend this store.

THE WORST PEOPLE WORKING THERE, DON’T ANYONE GO HERE IF YOU WANT LANCE AND THE LITTLE DUDE (he was african american) MESSED UP MY PAYMENT,MY CHILDREN COULDN’T DO THEIR HOMEWORK AND WASN’T WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.NOW THAT’S COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL REPORT THIS TO BBB AND TO HEADQUARTERS.LANCE WAS SOOOOO UN PROFESSIONAL AND TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BECAUSE THEY ALL NEED TO KNOW THEY CUSTOMERS AND PARENTS.NO WAY TO TREAT A FIRST RESPONDER AT ALL!! SOOO DISRESPECTFUL
