Kimberly and her team are awesome! She braced us for worst case scenario up front and by the end of it all, we had less closing costs than what was anticipated and a much more agreeable loan. She talked us through everything since we didn't use a realtor and was responsive at all times of day. Shoutout to Mandy, her assistant, as well! Kimberly Schleider and her team are the best people I have ever worked with. The process was easy and they helped us all the way through it from setting us up with the best agent to getting the lowest interest rate possible! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! The next time I buy a home, she will be the first person I talk to, though I don't think that will be for a while if you know what I mean!!

Kimberly was such a help! This past year my wife and I decided to buy our first home, and boy what a journey. Our mortgage hit several bumps in the road along the way, including changing lenders, pushing the closing date, waiting for a new contract, etc. Through it all, Kimberly was on top of the game!
