When o one one knows how when or where your child got hurt Over and over. You realize that company and those teachers aren't for your family. The management was sweet and had the right words but that orang cut it.

The worst experience I have ever had with a daycare! No communication to parents, staff were so rude and never seemed happy to see the kids. Staffs children were very obviously favored over other children. Not a place I would trust with my child ever again.
