I recommend this spot to everyone!! Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences in life, especially in this market. Not at Bryant Auto Sales and definitely not with Clay. I inquired about a vehicle and was quickly met with a warm response, all of my questions answered with a quick turn around time to come take a look at the car. When it was time to get to filing paperwork, Clay was patient and kind to all financial questions and flexible with what I wanted! For the first time in my personal car buying experience, I felt listened to and respected. I have had my vehicle bought here for over a year now with absolutely no issues and a lot of life left! With the shop attached to the lot, I feel comfortable and confident bringing my car in for any questions at all. I could not recommend this spot enough!!!

Overall I'm really pleased with the customer service that Clay Walls showed me at Bryant Auto sales. Through the buying process and even a couple of bumps in the road because life will be life, nothing is perfect, he was able to help me to the best of his ability and make sure that everything was right and correct. I thank him very much and would recommend clay to anyone.

We spent all of Saturday, August 18th, visiting car lots in 2 counties looking for a vehicle. In the end, we came back to Bryant Auto Sales. Clay Walls was friendly and professional, and stayed well after closing hours to close the deal. The whole experience honestly felt more like a visit with an old family friend than a transaction between a salesman and a consumer. Having witnessed him wrapping up a sale just before getting to us, I could tell that fella felt the same way. In fact, he showed up again (this time with his wife) as we were leaving to let Clay know how tickled his wife was with the new car.Clay knew the history of the vehicle we bought (and supplied the maintenance record), which was very reassuring. It's a used car, and as such I expect the usual issues that being older can bring, but right now it's pretty and purring like a happy kitten. (Oh! And the price was right!)Thank you Clay!!!

Left in tears. Was told they would work with me. I had insurance issues and was asked to address them....on a Sunday. Which isn't really possible. I ended up working super late into Sunday morning and decided to just fix the car I had but still wanted to see if I could come up with the money for a safe car for me and my daughter. (Single parent so money on weekends isn't always a viable option.) Was told I just needed $200 and they could make it happen. Made it happen and omw to the lot I got a call from the owner who seems pretty nice. He told me to come pick up my car. I excitedly drove an hour and a half in my trade in, with every last penny I had ($280), and was told when I got there that I couldn't afford anything on their lot. I left and sat at work and literally just cried until work started. I had to explain to my 11 year old why we didn't have our New car and am now facing possible job loss bc of it. Ive worked very hard for everything I have in life and didn't appreciate any of that. Not leaving 1 star simply bc of the owner. I was at work by the time I was contacted again (once with no voicemail) and ended up breaking down on my way home. These folks knew some of the other struggles I've been facing and ripping a car away from me after informing me I could "go get my car" was devastating. Being told to get insurance on a Sunday and bc I couldn't...revenge was in order I guess.I wish everyone there well but I cannot with good conscience leave a better review. Clay also pointed out several times the difference in spelling between "sales" and "sells"...I have 4 generations of English teachers in my family. Including my mother. I also spell pretty much for a living as I do permanent art and it felt like I was being talked down to. I would personally NEVER talk to one of my clients this way, and I hope there is a lesson to be learned for others here. Thank you.

Sales person that contacted me seems not to want to sale the truck I applied for.. got a co-signer and all with great credit still asking way too much for a down payment.. really bad follow up procedure really bad sales approach

Some l**** salesperson named Clay texted me a text message that I told him could be interpreted as rude and instead of acting like a professional and taking ownership, he said I'm blocked and he has been doing it for 30 years. I guess that meant he could communicate with people however he wants to. This shows me 2 things: 1) he's inflexible unwilling to learn new things to improve his craft and 2) if he's not capable of taking ownership of his mistake, he won't help me with any issues should they arise after the sale. I will not do business with spoiled little children. America is full of them. Now your dealership is blocked.
