This review is specifically about Shavay in the automotive department. We came in late with car issues and not only did they accommodate us at a reasonable price and in fair time, but Shavay went above and beyond when our skid plate fell off as we were leaving as well, getting onto the hot asphalt to take a look at it and help us out. He had such a great attitude and approach that I had to leave a review to shout him out and sing his praises. Will be back to this location just because of how pleasant he made the experience for us.

I’ve been waiting for someone to unlock the car headlight glass case for the last 25 minutes. Twice I hundred down a Walmart associate with a microphone who announced that customer needs assistance. Walmart used to care about customer service but not anymore. Hopefully, this is true at only this location in Bryant, AR.

Shopped here when I lived in Bryant. It's walmart. There was good times and bad times. Lots of bad times with online grocery pick up but it seems they've improved. THE TLE SUCKS. The wait times are horrible for the tle. And theyve literally turned me away when i had a flat tire and refused to help me because the 3 mechanics there who still had 2 hours till closing just couldn't do it. I never took my car there again. I drove my flat tire to benton walmart TLE told them what happened, the guy shook his head in disbelief and they fixed it in like 10 mins. This store also has a smaller selection than Benton.

Yup, it's a Walmart. I will say it is typically fairly well maintained as far as cleanliness is concerned compared to some others I have been in.

I went to self checkout, as I normally do. I had 1 item, a bag of meow mix cat food. I click the pay now, and I’m on one of the machines that takes cash and coins. Since I had a lot of coins in my wallet I started putting the coins in to pay. The machine never pops up that it was accepting my coins as payment, but also never gives me my coins back. So we called a worker over and they did absolutely nothing. So I lost over $5 today on comms because Walmart has machines that don’t work.

The staff is rude. I watch a lady check out at self checkout. The man watch her and the stopped her rudely to check every bag. If we have to shop, check ourselves out, bag, and pay for the groceries then what is the point of all your staff. They spend 90% of it on their cellphone, cursing, or discussing not work things instead of helping. Heck they use cellphones to locate items in the store bc they have zero idea where anything is.

This Walmart is clean and staff friendly, employees don’t really speak to customers much. The app works really well in this store for locating items, when it hasn’t worked quite as well in other stores.
