So I have been shopping here for years , Also getting my prescription filled. So it was time for my prescription refill and they did it because of work I just couldn't get there so I got a text saying this is the last day to pick up your prescription so I went online and did a pay for it now and pick it up before six days is up. so I paid for a little while later said your order is ready I go the next day to pick it up and they said we don't have any record of it. I show them the email the text message they say I understand that but there's nothing we can do,you can call this number. I called the number the next day and they say that there's nothing we can do. We don't have anything to do with the pharmacy. The pharmacy has to help you. I am livid.Already paid for and cant get my prescription!!

Don't go here. Pharmacist is extremely rude and wanted to argue about my brand specific prescription that the doctor sent in.

Not enough employees to help. Management needs to figure it out. Workers are in a bad mood most days. Takes for ever to get meds from pharmacy. May want to go to Bryant Family Pharmacy or Walgreens.

I’d give this place less than one star if I could! You won’t find fast service and often not even same day prescription pick up at this CVS pharmacy. They fail to fill prescriptions on auto fill.

Less than a star if I could rate it that low. When calling, I was on hold for close to an hour. Assured meds were ready. Very long wait when I got to the store. Drive through was over 6 cars back so I went inside. None of the staff seem professional or in a hurry. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told meds weren't ready. I will be transferring prescriptions and would not want anyone to bother waisting their time at this location!

This pharmacy has awful customer service! They never know what is going with prescriptions and evertime you call (if they answer the phone) they tell you something different! This prescription was called in before noon and at 530 it still was not ready and I had to wait in line again! This happens everytime we get prescriptions field! If my insurance didnt require us to use CVS we would change pharmacies! The employees have no idea whats going on and have hung up on me because I was upset with their service!

I just waited in the drive thru for an hour! An HOUR! Ridiculous. The line was at a stand still for 95% of that time The person at the window didn't tell me anything about the cost either, I don't like guessing if i owe money or if im good to leave and I think the person at the window laughed at me ? for having to open my car door to get my meds (window motor is going out).

If I could give less than one star I would. Do not use this Pharmacy. After being told on the phone my prescription would be ready at a certain time, I drove 30 minutes to this pharmacy only to be told they'd have to order my medicine. I was upset, because every time I've had a prescription filled here there has been a problem. I asked the pharmacy tech why this happens over and over. The pharmacist started berating me and asked my why I was yelling at her. He said it's not her fault. I was upset, but I did not raise my voice. I asked him who's fault it was and asked to talk to them. He just went off on me. He nearly caused a physical altercation. I've never been treated this way by a retailer. The pharmacy tech said the medicine would be there the next day. After a week of checking on it, the medicine was still not there. I believe the pharmacist was intentionally delaying the order, because we had words. I eventually transferred the prescription to Kroger.

Would literally give zero stars if I could. These pharmacists are WORTHLESS. They actually go out of their way to NOT do their job. The weekend pharmacist is by far the worst. She has refused to give me prescriptions that my doctor sent in, twice. All because she was to lazy to read to "doctors notes" she I went without medication for 3 days until I could have my doctor call up there. Refused to sell me "over the counter" medication. So much attitude and unprofessionalism from the staff. I would recommend literally any other pharmacy. And of course when I tried to switch pharmacies, she went out of her way to make that way more of an issue than it needs to be.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The staff and pharmacy manager were extremely rude. The system shows my rx filled 10/28/21 but is in process on 11/3/21. I'm out of my meds. They don't care and instead of notifying their patients they instead backdated the refills. Fraud!!!!! Then pharmacy manager got rude and told ME it was my job to contact them and remind them when the rx runs low or out. It is set on automatic refill! Besides that I'm disabled and not able to always keep up with my meds. That's what their job is!!! Refilling medications in a timely manner

CVS Pharmacy in Bryant is terrible ! The worst customer service I've ever seen! So unprofessional , No one there knew what was going on with my prescription. I've waited a week, First I give them my Ins info copy with script and they lose my ins info and charge it as a disc card . Then they will not call Walgreens to get my Ins info . I call them and speak with Haley the manager and she tells me she will call Walgreens and call me back that was 4 days ago and I've heard nothing ! I called yesterday and today and no one knows anything and of course Haley is out today . They left a note to call yesterday and no one called! So then I just had them transfer my scrip to another place , let's see if that happens today ! Awful place !

Just use the CVS Pharmacy for the first time and the Pharmacists and pharmacy techs for very nice and efficient. I will definitely switch over from Walgreens to CVS..

Unprofessional in every aspect! Good luck on getting someone on the phone with any kind of communication skills. Prescriptions are NEVER filled on time. Will not ever use this pharmacy again.

They always have my medication refills, most of them refill themselves when I need them to, and they contact my doctor for me when I run out of refills. They do most of this without any actual communication on my part. I'm not a "people person" so I'm very happy that their app, auto refill, and drive-thru are all on point. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy.

Have tried for two days to reach someone at this pharmacy. No one ever answers. Perhaps they are closed for inclement weather but if so.... change your voicemail to let your customers know!!
