Avoid the auto shop. I don't think they know what they're doing. I took my car in to have a tire replaced with worn out tread. After waiting an hour-and-a-half, they said they couldn't get the lug nuts off. I took it home and got the lug nuts right off with a lug wrench. If I can get them off with a hand tool, they should be able to do it with an impact. Replacing the tire myself.

I was there with my niece and some lady started taking her clothes off in aisle 7. My niece is only 8. She then started chasing everybody and screaming and she stole my purse. It had all my money in it. She's still not found and I call the police every. freaking. DAY!!!!

Store is nice but customer service is nowhere to be found except for a few like Mary. Last night at 11:00pm I was buying scratchers after checking out and some lady was yelling at me saying " Sir you need to leave the store, we are closed!". Yeah I get that they are closed but it's how she approached me that was very rude. She is Customer Service Manager Rachel and when I looked at her for a few seconds she responded " don't look at me like I'm crazy ". Rachel obviously doesn't know how to talk with customers and needs some serious training on how to approach customers. Watch out for Rachel at closing is my best advice for all you future shoppers.

The auto center desk worker this morning was completely rude and unprofessional. Pretty sure the guy that helped us out was the manager which makes it 100xs worse. We needed new tires and didn't know what size we needed. He threw a tantrum when we said we didn't kn what size and let him kn that last time they just looked it up for us which he made it seem that it was a big inconvenience for him to do.

The pick up service is the worst I've ever seen. 50 minutes and still nothing if you leave they charge your card so you have to fight to get it refunded. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Never been so disgusted with the service I received at this location this evening. I went to purchase a lawn mower, weed eater and blower for my yard. Nobody with any desire to help me with the purchase or to get the mower out of the rack. I even asked for help and when the lady working that area got someone to help, the help was that I could just put it in my basket and wheel it out. While that is disappointing, it doesn't begin to deal with the next piece. I get to the register and the price rings up incorrectly. I immediately inform the attendant about the issue and she tells me that I am wrong and that she had already seen others with that item tonight and the price was right. I asked her to please have someone check and she proceeded to call someone on her ear piece and within seconds, she told me I was lying and the price was correct.! I continued to check out. When I finished, she asked to see my receipt- wanted to make sure I actually was paying for what I had. She watched me ring everything up- all 3 items. I took the items to my truck and loaded them but realized I had forgotten to get a new gas container so I went back in to get it, and figured I would check the price while I was back there. I was correct on the price that they had listed and it was ringing up wrong. I went back to the front door and asked for a manager and one came. I explained to him, and the woman who had originally been in the area, about the issue. I walked them back to the item and showed them that it was not ringing up correctly. The manager took the price out and said, 'well his is from January'. It was the only price displayed and why do I care when it is from. It is April and I would not expect a $10 price change between those times. He told the woman who was back there to take me to the front and give me my money back. Never apologized for the mistake, or for the attendant who called me a liar. Nobody apologized at any point during this interaction. I have been a loyal WalMart customer since the 80's and I have seen them through a lot of growth and changes. Over the last decade, I have started to see WalMart cutting corners and not being a service oriented operation, but rather a cold, rude store that seems to be stuck in the late 90's when the super centers became their thing. You guys need to get with the program- your competition is starting to move in. Experiences like these are happening way too frequently and your once loyal customer base is starting to look for better options. I don't think that Sam's original vision for his stores is being lived out any longer. You are a customer oriented retailer. Time to act like it.

Their online grocery pickup is very slow. Out of the 4-5 times I've come here for this, I've only had to wait less than 30 minutes one time. What's the point of ordering in advance, and checking in in advance, if you're still going to have us waiting outside for 30-40 minutes? I could actually go inside and get my own groceries in less time.
