The salesman, Dean, was amazing!! However, he had no help and I believe other employees were giving him the run around. We were interested in a vehicle parked farthest from the showroom. We requested a golf cart ride as it was quite a distance. Our salesman informed he would have to get another salesman to be able to utilize the golf cart….what kind of bologna is that????Yes, he drove the car I purchased so I’m pretty sure he had a drivers license.I was there to make a CASH purchase for a new vehicle. PLEASE make me understand why I was at the lot ALL day long?!?Given the fact that this should have been only a few hours experience and service after the sell has been atrocious…..I will NOT buy another vehicle here. This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from this location and the worst experience. Just FYI: my new $50,000 vehicle is not in 100% working order. I was told “we have to order the part and it’s on back order”…..

I rated your service “high/great” as usual, but this is the one and only time I had and issue.The issue is this, when they rotated the tires, they found one indicator in the alignment that was well out of correct alignment range. I just had the struts replaced on this vehicle 1,600-miles ago and had it aligned at that time. It is a 2019 Denali and it has required and alignment several times since I have owned it. This is the 5th or 6th Denali we have purchased and owned from Everett GMC and I have ALWAYS need very pleased, but I am not pleased that the vehicle needs a front end alignment almost every time I have it in for service. I did not ever experience that with the other Denali’s we have owned and do not understand how the issues with keeping it in alignment.I did not have a problem with aligning it when the struts were replaced at 55-thousand + - miles, and understood the reasoning.Thanks kindly,Gary**The service department did adjust the alignment at “no charge” after I got frustrated because of this ongoing issue.

This was by far, the very best buying experience I've ever had! Sam Caraway really went above and beyond for us. The dealership was friendly and made us feel like family while we were there. I only have amazing things to say and will absolutely be recommending my salesperson and the dealership to my friends and family! THANK YOU EVERETT GMC! We love our new AT4X!

We arrived about 45 minutes before our appointment time. I believe the man that helped us name was Seth Evans. He was wonderful. He even went the extra mile and removed a black mark on the head liner. We got our oil changed, tires rotated and a multi vehicle inspection and was on our way by our scheduled appointment time!

Always enjoy the friendliness of our sales person, Matt Fikes. He listens to our requests, shows us available vehicles, and answers all our questions and concerns. We came back the next day to finalize the purchase and paperwork was ready, the vehicle was ready, and after a thorough explanation of all the features of the vehicle we were on our way. This is our fourth purchase at Everett and we have no reason to consider dealing with another dealership.

I bought a new 2023 GMC truck. The salesman stated that the truck had a V-6 engine. I believed the salesman. Later, after I had bought the truck, I learned that the truck did not come with a V6 engine. It either comes with a 4 cyl turbo or a V8. I got the 4 cylinder model with a turbo which is not what I wanted. I'm a disabled veteran and I feel like I was taken advantage of at this dealership. The original salesman called and apologized (only after I complained to GMC) but offered nothing to make it right (and it wouldn't have taken much). In addition the dealer did not provide a paper temp tag and just placed my original tag on my new vehicle. Saying that I wouldn't be as likely to get pulled over with my original tag. Also, while I was at this dealership one of my garage door openers came up missing out of my original car after the test drive. It was never found and I had to completely recode my garage door bc of it.I just won't buy another truck here again and I would suggest that you don't either.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. Jerry Odom and Clark Crone are terrific to deal with. They makes buying a vehicle enjoyable. The selection, price and service are three reasons to shop here. The Everett's are also genuine Christian people and give a lot back to the community. As always, a great experience.

I enjoyed my experience with Everette. No hassle, no games. It was a great experience to say the least. Very professional and courteous personnel. Christian and Justin made the buying process seamless. They were awesome and took care of me from start to finish. Kevin in Finance took care of me as well. Again a 10 out of 10. They hit it out the Park. I rate these all these guys a 10 out of 10. Probably the best vehicle purchase. I have encountered.

I paid over $55,000.00 for a new GMC truck. After I signed the papers, I realized that the truck didn't have a trailer brake controller. I ask the young man that was working with me if he could help me out on getting a brake controller installed at a good price since I just bought a truck. He said, sure, we'll do it at cost. When I got the controller put in about two weeks later, they charged me $720.00. I don't think that was a very good deal. Also, my auto dim/bright light function doesn't work. I told them about it and they said it shows to be working fine. I told them regardless of what it shows, it does not work. They said there wasn't anything else they could do for me. I tried the lights again the next morning and it still doesn't work. I don't think I will be going back to Everett's service department. I guess I'll try the dealer in Hot Springs and see if they can fix my lights.

I was impressed observing Everett staff taking care and keeping everyone informed. Excellent waiting room with all being offered refreshments. Everyone was exceptionally polite and made all feel welcome and appreciated. I personally drive from Conway because of my experiences. They are second to none!

I was told that it would only be 1.5-2 hour wait for and oil change and tire rotation and balance and checking all fluid. Over two hours has gone by and the truck hasn't even been in the shop yet. Get it together. People have businesses to run just like you and when you tell a customer a time, stick to it. Service department is full of false promises. Not doing things that they were told to do. Reasons why I was skeptical to come back. When a customer brings their vehicle in for service, the trust it should be done correctly and 110%. Sales team was great when I bought the truck but service is garbage. The only reason I bring it to this dealership is if they mess anything up or something goes wrong after I leave, then it's on them. There's no other person to blame except themselves. Oh, and then when it gets back there they're done in 10 minutes. 10 minutes to do a full inspection (oil change, check fluids, rotate and balance tires, grease joints, make sure everything is good 110%) I don't think so. Do it again. And I also think it's funny how the only responses to these reviews is a generic reply and nothing specifically done about it.

Brought my truck in to be serviced because the a/c was blowing out hot air. Julian Gomez was my service advisor and he gave me 5-star customer service. He handle all my concerns with empathy and met my expectations. That’s important to me. Driving from White Hall to Bryant was worth it.*I also would like to give praise to Jordan (Transport Driver). He was really sweet and friendly.
