I couldn’t post another review so I’m updating this one! I always leave excited and happy about my nails.. I’m very grateful for JS Nails. The best place to go if you want someone who cares, does an amazing job and is friendly! I can’t recommend enough to read reviews and see who you are going to!

I am new to Arkansas. This was the 3rd salon I tried and will now be my place to go, after two visits. It was recommended by a coworker. I find Anna to be sweet and very conscientious of her work. The salon is clean and the team is friendly.

I have been at nails before and they did an amazing job and since I get off work late the one I normally go to was closing soon. I got a French tip acrylic. The service was great very friendly people but the work done on my nails weren’t as good as they should have been. My nails are uneven and have left over shavings from filing my nails stuck in the gel top coat. I was very unsatisfied with the ending results.Service: French manicures

1 star because it’s the lowest available. Purposely chose expensive nails and neglected to tell me I’d be paying for each individual nail colors on a set of multicolor nails!!! Also when asked for a refund got in a screaming match with what I can only assume was the manager where he refused to give me a refund for 30 minutes until I was all the way back in my town and then said to come up there and he’d cut them off and give me a refund.Terrible customer service, rude, and doesn’t know how to run a business.Services: Acrylic nails
