Close to major roads, but no street noise inside the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. Love the waffle makers! Sugar-free syrup available, as was cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee and juice, too. We would have stayed longer if we didn't have to get home!

After making a reservation through the Wyndham website, I arrive to check in and the front desk receptionist Chelsey gave a cold greeting appearing to be bothered by guests checking in. After being rude to the guest ahead of me Chelsey turned her bad attitude on me. Chelsey told me the room I reserved was no longer available so she decided to upgrade my room without telling me I would have to pay more than my reservation was for. After driving for twelve hours I was dead tired and just wanted to go to sleep so I payed $180 for the room instead of the $117 I was originally quoted. Before handing my card back Chelsey charged me another $150 for a second room. After charging me Chelsey explained I needed two rooms for my two dogs that were with me. I asked if we could all sleep in one room because it was two adults and two dogs and Chelsey told me “I won’t be watching.”, which seems very unprofessional. Upon checkout the gentleman at the front desk told me he would take care of the charges for the extra room because he also seemed to be stumped with what went wrong. Unfortunately, I was charged for both rooms so I called back and the manager told me Chelsey would never charge me twice. It was unsettling to say the least to have the manager tell me I was lying when I stay with La Quinta Inn at least once a year and I’ve never experienced this before. Thankfully, I was able to contact corporate and they reimbursed me $150. I am very disappointed with the way Chelsey and her manager handled this situation and I hope in the future they can treat their guests with more grace.

Ick, don't stay here. We were on a 2 week roadtrip so we got to know hotels pretty well. We stayed here one night. Our least favorite of all the hotels we stayed at. The bed was comfortable but that was it.

The room that my wife and I had, had bed bugs in it and when I spoke to the manager Sima Vallabh about she said that she was not going to change our room that they will just clean and we can go back in it. She then threatened to have my truck towed. She was very rude and inconsiderate about the entire situation. Her name is Sima Vallabh.

TRAVELING WITH ANIMALS: Great hotel!Steve checked us in and is a lovely, personable guy who makes you feel welcome and taken care of. We are moving and he had us put our moving van in the front area so he could keep an eye on it. We didn’t have the stress of our moving van and towed car being hidden in the back. (Thank you, Steve!)Staff: Nice and helpfulRoom: Very clean, comfortable bed and sheets. Fridge and Microwave. Nice shower pressurePets: After boarding off some spots near the bed so the cats couldn’t crawl under and hide. It was perfect and hassle free.Location: several food options in walking distanceBreakfast Buffet: Good/free covered meat and vegetarian options. We left fullI generally don’t write lengthy reviews but we’ve had some bad hotel situations while traveling with the cats. It’s worth spending a little extra money

The property was well kept & lit. I felt safe for both my family & vehicle. The lobby looked great & my room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had something for everyone. I was very happy with my overall experience!

My trip was going good until I encountered pathetic customer service from Vasu at the time of check in. He displayed highly unpleasant and condescending behavior. I was not told anything about breakfast timings, my room location or WiFi details. I originally planned to stay for 3 days with 2 rooms booking but after experiencing this sarcastic service, I canceled my booking to one day. I don’t appreciate when front desk representatives make you feel uncomfortable and make fun of you when you leave, I rather take my business somewhere else. When I was checking out, the front desk lady was nice next day. Rooms are good and everything was acceptable.

One star off for the moldy ice on floor 3. That machine needs a good cleaning. Ended up getting ice from the one on the 1st floor.Elevator is a little slow, but overall the room is what I needed for the night. The room was quiet and I slept well.

This location was horrible! You can't get anyone at the desk at anytime unless you wait and wait-clock watching! Housekeepers will not clean the room even if you ask, it's like acted if they were lost . The employee who checked me in was very nosy-she wanted to know the name of the people that were helping me take my luggage to my room(which was a suite for ME), I told her "none of your business". Who ask someone that, if these people aren't staying?

It is conveniently located for splitting a trip from Texas to Indiana into an easy two day drive. Very clean, well maintained, and the front desk staff is always very nice.

I wish I had seen their Facebook page first. I knew something wasn't right with La Quinta. They scammed me out my money. Long story short, BEWARE OF ThESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Don't be fooled by the prices they advertise. They will rob you and then they fall off the face of the earth. Hard to contact and only have generated responses. What, who does that!??

Pros- The hotel is close to many restaurants, the zoo, and other fun things in little rock but with the quietness of not being in a loud city. The pool area was nice &clean, pool water was clean, and felt like a heated pool. The breakfast was pretty good. Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits, Gravy, (underseasoned) roasted potatoes, etc. The room we stayed in was a king suite that had a jetted tub. The tub was surprisingly very well kept, but would still consider bringing you're own cleanser for it just incase. The hotel staff that I was in contact with were very nice. The hotel itself and the room were very very clean. No evidence of bugs (thankfully). Air conditioning/Heating worked well too. We had an issue with an item found in our room, and it wasn't taken lightly by staff or the manager. It was nice that they cared so much.Cons- The bed was horribly uncomfortable, as were the pillows honestly. It could've just been our room maybe, but the bed was hard as a rock. We stayed for two nights and I feel like we didn't sleep much at all because of how uncomfortable it was. The wifi was also very terrible. It didn't connect in half of the room, and even when it did connect it didn't load anything.All in all, if we're in the area again we would probably stay again. Only because it's hard to find such a good & clean hotel for such a great price. But if this finds the right person, I highly suggest slowly updating the mattresses to be a little softer.
