Went in today to get intimates and the service was outstanding. The ladies all greeted us and were very attentive and knowledgeable about the garments. We got just what we needed and will be back here soon.

My wife loves to find clothes at this shop, and in the off chance we need to make a return the staff works with us to process them even if corporate makes it exceedingly difficult for them.

I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Bailey. I told her I was here to pick up an order and she asked for my name and told me she would get it and then I was eligible for one full price item half off. I was the only customer in the store. Her and another associate continued to talk the whole time. I was not interacted with until I tried to get in a dressing room and then she brought over a key. When I got out of the dressing room she asked me if I found anything. I said please tell me this is not on sale because everything seem to be on sale. She said it is but I can override it to give you the 50% off instead of the 30% off. I said oh good. She said I should’ve told you that and that’s on me. Not very good customer service at all especially since I was the only one in the store. Probably will not go back to this location again even though as closest

Staff are always ready to help you out and are very friendly. Sometimes they can be a little too ready to help if you’re someone that just prefers to browse by yourself, but that’s their job so I can’t hold that against them. They also point out deals and sales that you may not have noticed otherwise which has saved me a good chunk of change in there.

Went into the store to buy some clothing and was told we could not be in there without a mask and then was told that the mask mandate was still on when this has been lifted a month or so ago and that we did not need to be in there with heath issues that prevented us from have a mask on. This comes after we were just in there the week prior buying items and nothing was said to is about not having one on we were even allowed to use the fitting room. The only reason they even got one star is because I had to give one to do this review.
