I did not have a good experience with liberty tax service in Bryant. They made mistakes, the computer didn’t work half the time, they did not communicate well and could not answer voicemail. I won’t be going there again.

I've never seen such a mess. Got a call Tuesday last week saying the advance I PAID for was going to be deposited that day. I spend the rest of the week calling trying to find out where my money is, they call Saturday saying they printed a check. Take it to get it cashed and it says it's already processed...... so I've been in their office for more than 4 hours now with absolutely no answers on when I'm getting my money and not even trying to make it right. I paid $350 for them to do my taxes and $180 to get this advance..... this place is a joke
