Sometimes life presents unusual situations that you cannot control, my last visit gave such a notion a real spin. This is not about the event as it is more about praise. When confronted with this I met a assistant named Richard. Pleasant attitude as well as rational and well composed making all of the difference. I love this store and visit frequently due to convince and will continue to do so. You certainly have the right person in that position.

I'm 100% a loyal lowes girl. I swear by them, however this location is by far the worse location between here and Vegas. You can't get anyone to answer a phone EVER! The associates guess the answers to your questions and offer up empty promises.
Avoid this location like the plague.

Horrible experience today in Lowes. I go in to buy some filters and wall paper. I go to check out and there are no registers except for self check out( I hate this) . I ask a young lady if there was any checkers, she said no!!!! She is standing there watching the self check out. I am trying to check out and she starts to tell me what to do, like I'm a employee!!!!!! Really
I. Think this is so said you have to check your self out a a employee wants to treat people like they are employees just trying to check out. Please stop with the self check out, its none sense, and rude!!!

I'm sick of registers asking me to donate or tip for someone doing their JOB.. worse when you literally do the company's job for them and ring yourself up and cash yourself out. Stop asking Americans how much they want to donate and INSTEAD tell us how much you are donating with all your rich money. You are absolutely trash.

Selection of electrical products is seriously lacking... and I was trying to get parts for an emergency service call I was on and called for help 3 times before I finally left and went all the way to Home Depot and they has what I needed...DO BETTER!!!!

I am absolutely disappointed in the fact that because I did not have my Lowe's Credit card on me and needed the employee to look me up and connect to my card. I was told there is no way to do that. Instead, I was told to use "Lookup" through text. So, I entered information only to have the system tell me to use state ID to identify me. And yet the employee cannot do that. Given the excuse that is to protect me from being defrauded. How? I have state ID, and employees could take care of it and provide "customer service."" I am not thier cashier nor am I thier customer service representative.
I guess Lowe's has gone the route of Walmart and other retailers, doing nothing to stand out among others. Wanting customers to not just BUY products but also WORK in the store.
I have not been in a Lowe's for a while due to a bad experience last year.
So, I dutifully called to speak to a manager, having to leave for an appointment and wasted my little time before the appointment trying to BUY from this store. Again, I am told some boilerplate slogan response. I guess they continue to "aim to please"! Think I may be done with Lowe's.

I could go broke in this store. So glad they stay open until 10pm. Gives me plenty of time to go after I get off of work.
7/1/24 - update - they no longer stay open till 10:00 p.m. this is so not cool.

Avoid this store like the plague. Horrible customer service. Items are never where the app says they are. The app shows items in stock when they’re not. They have no full service checkouts. They tell you to go to self-checkout and someone would help. I waited while an employee helped someone check out and when I asked for help he told me he couldn’t do it because I had items that would be discounted and he couldn’t do that. He walked over to another employee who I had passed several times and he was always doing the same thing: standing there doing nothing. While they were talking I assumed he was going to help but he ignored me. When he came by he said to scan the things I could then he would help. The first thing I tried to scan was a bag of paver sand which I had to put in a bigger bag because every bag on the pallet had some rip or tear. I tried to scan it a couple of times and of course it couldn’t read the bar code through two layers of plastic. At this point I put the hand scanner back in the holder and walked out, leaving my cart at the checkout.

Went to the store in Bryant to get a door and install…couldn’t get waited on… went up front and they paged someone for door dept and I waited 45 min still no help

In line for paint service. Two employees were there, the regular person and soneone from the service desk. While the main person was helping the first customer the service desk person walked all the way around the back to skip me and help the person behind me.
I was stunned by the treatment. When I stated quite loud that I was next, I was completely ignored. Even the person behind me was taken aback.
The service desk ppl should really learn service.
