Mickey is attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable! He goes above and beyond, and helped reassure us when we found a poisonous spider in our home. He assured us, he would take care of the problem, and he did just that. We haven't seen another one!

McCauley does a great job. I love that they call before they come so we know when they will be here. They even have the code to our gate so they can do everything even if we are not home. I would strongly recommend. No more critters under our house!!!!

The normal pest control guy who does the monthly service is awesome. He meticulously wipes down cobwebs, treats the appropriate places and does the mosquito fogging.
I do have a concern that the termite inspection is not performed properly. The gentleman you send here is a big guy and one end of the house has a small crawl space and he has said that the service manager would be better fit for that part of the house because he is smaller. That never happened. My opinion is that the inspection he has made is too quick and that he is not inspecting the entire area because he is unable to access it. We have observed a few termites inside the house earlier this year.

Best service in town! While doing the termite inspection, Brady Morris was very thorough and even showed me pictures of what to look for to determine there's a termite problem. He even found some water damage in an outdoors column and let me know about it.
