The staff, including Summer, Diane, and others, are highly attentive, patient, and go above and beyond to address the clients' needs and concerns. They take the time to listen, assist, and ensure the customers feel valued, creating a warm, "hometown feel" atmosphere. Customers have been extremely satisfied with the service, finding the staff knowledgeable and informative, especially when it comes to using CPAP machines. Overall, Medic Sleep Care is highly recommended for its exceptional customer service and care.
