I was in there waiting for over an hour, other people came after me and were attended. I understand some people make appointments however some of them were walk ins and I knew because one of the girls had said no appt. I’m never the type to right negative reviews but I do this in hopes that yall will treat all clients the same.

They were very accommodating to fit five of us in at the last minute. We loved chatting with them, especially Long who was very personable. He even hand painted flowers on my toes at my special request. I came away totally relaxed and extremely pleased with the quality service and manicure, clean and professional spa, wonderful chair massage, and friendly conversation. So glad we found this place!

Had been a customer for a while but will not be going there again. I was told there was no time to get a service yet right after me a lady walked in and was able to get the same service I was denied, both of us paying customers the only difference is that my skin is darker. I'll leave it at that. It is sad that they give preferential treatment to SOME people, treating customers differently is NEVER okay. Gave them one star because zero is not a possibility.

Nail Lounge and Spa has been not only my go-to nail salon for many years, but many friends and family’s as well. You’ll never walk out of the salon and not be in love with your nails! Although every nail tech at Nail Lounge is amazing, my favorite would have to be Long. He is so much more then just a nail tech, he is a friend and family to many. He never fails to put a smile on your face, and make your nails look stunning! I wouldn’t recommend any other salon!

My daughter just got her nails done for the first time for her bday and she loves them! Her nail tech was fantastic! I wish I could’ve remembered his name! He was very patient and careful and did a beautiful job! Highly recommend!! ??
Requested style: My daughter picked a photo of the design she wanted and he came thru!
Cleanliness: The nail salon was very clean and neat!
