If I could give zero stars I would. Battery installed by O'Reillys when originally purchased and a couple of years later took it to their sister store in Bryant, Arkansas where battery tested bad and since the bolt was stripped when the battery was originally installed and Bryant worker couldn't get it off, the manager basically said "not our problem, we didn't put in on there wrong, go back to the Benton store". We went back to the Benton store and the manager then proceeded to get it off and replaced the battery with very little effort even in 100° heat! All future business will go to the Benton, Arkansas store. Please save yourself the trip and go to Benton.

Very nice folks.....I went in to get a battery and came out with car seat covers and 2xreflectors for my driveway for less than $20 & a new battery. Knowledgeable and polite.

They always have the best warranty on parts! Can get them within an hr if not on hand! I had to go to Benton and Bryant to get the 2 parts I needed but was able to pay for both at the first stop so there was no waiting in line at the second stop! Always clean and friendly! Highly Recommend getting parts here!

My only issue is their online prices do not match the price they give you over the phone. 9 times out of 10 we have to have the part ordered, even the most basic parts, so it's pretty inconvenient when in a pinch.

I was passing through on my way to Dallas and found myself with a bad battery. I stopped in and Kimberly helped me get a new one and called three different places around here to help me find somewhere that could install it for me since I'm not from here. A BIG help!
