“Used Sue's as FFL for transfer several times. They have always communicated well and the transactions have been smooth. Employees know the process well and answer questions politely. Shopped the used counter a couple times. Made a few offers. Sometimes the reply was yes. Sometimes no. But the answer was polite even if negative.”
