Been wanting a SUV for awhile. Stopped to look and seen a Yukon Denali. Brandie came out and talked to us. Sweetest lady ever. Told her what I could do, thinking there was no way. Within an hour I was driving off with a SUV we love. Never thought it would happen. I will recommend Satterfield to anyone to get the job done the way you want it. Satterfield and my saleslady (Brandie)are 5 Stars in our book..

David is a manipulator, liar and is not to be trusted. Stay away from him. He lied about the amount of the vehicle and taking care of some known minor repairs. He talked bad about a former salesman Bobby and he actually did everything he stated Bobby was doing to customers. This individual is unprofessional and is only wanting a sale. I recommend management should review all documentation he provides to any customer before approving. He's setting the company up for Lawsuits!!!

I had 0 issues when I bought my mustang from them. It was fast, easy, they didn't pressure us. Let us look around. Yeah I mean your going to pay high interest because they take pretty much any credit situation. But when you are in that situation then this is the place to go. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Satterfield has a repair shop on the back that I've used several times. They're slow, but they are reasonable and reliable!

Buyer beware. I am an out of state buyer, flew down to Arkansas, purchased and drove home. I have had the vehicle for exactly two months and was just told today that it needs a new transmission. I have contacted the dealership just to be written off and told to "find a mechanic" (Bobby). There is no one that can tell me they were not aware of the issues of this vehicle. Speakers blown out, weird electrical glitches, bad tires, ripped interior, cold air seeping through the dashboard, little cracks in the windshield and got to drive hundreds of miles home in someone else's filth. The vehicle was never detailed before I picked it up. I also had to call to get the title sent after a month and the sticker they gave me was expired. They blamed it on a "backlog" of titles being sent to them. The title was there the whole time because it had several signatures on it when I recieved it. ALSO they told me it was a one owner vehicle. I am the fourth owner I do believe. I have filed a complaint and also contacted the Attorney General's Office. Spent the little I had for a down payment and now stuck with a truck that isn't driving. I'm a mom of three and I face very tough winters, which is why I upgraded in the first place. My goal was to have a vehicle that kept my family safe. From an ethical standpoint, this dealership has no business selling to very serious buyers, that travel to get what they need. From a personal standpoint, if this happens to more people than just myself, they should be shut down. From a more personal standpoint, I will sue if I am given the go ahead. No one has money to just throw away: we all work hard for it. Satterfield Motors should be ashamed of what they did to me.

I have never seen a car dealership that was so dishonest...My son bought a pickup from satterfield , pay $6000 more than what it was worth, and got screwed so bad that it ruined his credit... He didn't drive that truck 2 months until the rear end went out. He turned to Satterfield for help and they pretty much told him to xXxX himself... After spending $19,000 on a truck worth no more than $13,000...he was out another $3000. He didn't get it out of the drive at the mechanic shop when the transmission goes out.... Another $5500. Drives it for 5 weeks then the motor blows... Well he could not afford another $6000 so he has to let the finance company come and get it.... If you have any doubt of what I'm saying, just speak to the mechanic (Brian Purdy) he knows exactly who I'm talking about... If you think about it tho..Car dealers like Satterfield and Landers explains why God created Hell.. He needed a place put them!!!
