I normally love this car wash but this time the last bay was out of soap. I didn't want to use my credit card a second time and move to another lane so it was a wasted $8.50. I was able to clean my wheels using the brush but that's not worth $8.50.

Went through the automatic wash the $14. The machine barely dispensed any soap truck still dirty I called twice no answer.

I like that it accepts cards or coins. It also has a touches carwash for your convenience.

One of the few touch-less car washes in this area, and definitely the best. Don't waste your money at the other car washes with spinning brushes- you will risk damage and scratches to your car. The water pressure here at Splash-time's automatic car wash is so strong, not only did it clean tree sap off my hood, it had the power to rock my huge QX80 side to side- now that's a car wash! No scratches, no damage, and best of all- NO DIRT! I will be returning. The prices are less than half of what the other car washes charge. Thanks Splash-time! ♥️🙏🏻👍🏻

One of the automatic carwash bay does not accept any form of payment & the other will
not accept any form of payment other than exact cash. The dryers did not work & the carwash bay sensors are broken so you spend 10mins backing up & pulling forward until it decides it wants work. The super wash was hardly any soap & barely a rinse.

Best Wash $25.00 - dirt still in my bumper.
At the end of my wash the dryer didn’t come on. I went notify the manager who was in her officer. He acknowledged me through the window and advised me to wait a minute. As I waited, I decided to dry my car as I needed to leave.
I did however walk back to the front to find the manager talking to an employee.
The employee advised that she shut the belt down because of the car behind me. She knew the blower was not on but instead of apologizing, I was blamed.
“Next time if the beat stops, just wait for it to begin again.”
So, how do I know the system is not malfunctioning?
I’m happy I don’t use this location often and will not be back.

I use this car wash at least every week and sometimes 2 x’s weekly. I always purchase the most expensive wash! However it DOSe Not CLEAN my vehicle! Every time I get home and look it has t removed the dust/ pollen off. This is unacceptable for the outrageous prices. !!!!
