Absolutely stellar experience at Sports Clips in Bryant! The hairdresser nailed my bald fade perfectly, leaving me extremely satisfied. 10/10, highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch haircut.

Absolutely terrible experience, I came in a month or so back to try something new, so I got a mullet, the person who did it was absolutely amazing and did a amazing job, I came in every week or so to keep it from getting too long and messy, I came in as usual today, it was close to closing time but I figured I could get a haircut because I had cash and it was literally a 5 minute haircut, there was a older lady there, sounded like she smoked for 90% of her life, she was extremely rude to me, when I did not know exactly what they did to trim it up I tried to explain it, I have ASD and major Ainxiety, instead of attempting to understand and help to see what I was saying, she was frustrated and very pushy and rude. I almost had a freaking panic attack it was so bad, I felt like I was not wanted there and I was being pushed because nobody wanted me there, I in no way expected her or anyone there to "hold my hand" but I at least would hope that she would try to understand, while I'm here stuttering not able to get a word out because I am filled with anxiety, she goes on to say "shhhh" and I say ok, then I try to say that I did not want a certain part of my hair that she was cutting that short, she said "Shut" not shut up, but she says "shut" she did this multiple time as I kept trying to say that I did not want it, when she finally finished that part I had been told to "shut" over 5 times so I gave up and sat quietly, I went on to explain that I don't go to school and I am homeschooled due to frequent panic attacks and anxiety with so many people, she says in a sarcastic to "I can see that very clearly" she makes me pay with cash before the haircut even starts, with only having 2 20$ bills on me she says it 23, and I say I only have 40, whe says that's fine and takes it and I was expecting change, she keeps it as if she were expecting a 17$ tip, doesn't ask me if I want change, while throughout the haircut she is quite literally YANKING on my hair, I try to ask to at least put some of the product I had gotten from there my first visit in my hair, and she said sure and I say in a clear voice "it's the green one, the gel ruins my hair", my hair is currently crusty and stuck together I have no way of fixing it because I am not near water, she said that they all work the same, and continues to put in the gel, I am so upset right now, more that I should be. Being someone with ASD and Major anxiety I often can't shake the feeling of not fitting in, so when I got this haircut for the first time, actually enjoying a haircut I got for once, I had a huge confidence boost, but when someone messes that up I go back to having little confidence. I will NOT be coming back, absolutely TERRIBLE.

Quick, but quality service. Leeann was very nice, complimented my shirt, and misunderstood how long I wanted my hair at first, but fixed me up and still made me look good after I corrected her.

Totally incompetent. Very short woman, dark hair, lip piercings, cut his hair. Our regular guy was booked so figured we would pop in here. Omg. What a disaster. I legit had to guide the lady and tell her that it wasn't cut properly. I stopped, because I told her to keep the length and she kept taking more off. My son spent the last week being teased for his "bad, bowl cut haircut, so now I've spent double, to get it fixed. Lady spent a total of SIX minutes on my son's hair. Then had the nerve to charge me $25. And THEN, the auto tip options popped up. The lowest tip choice (other than custom) was SEVEN MORE DOLLARS. Hahahahaha! What a joke. I don't even pay this much at the salon that I take him to. Don't waste your money. They're completely inept. Go elsewhere.

My home is closer to Benton Sports Clips but Devin who is amazing and has a wonderful story was out on maternity leave. So I ventured into the Bryant location and ran into Paige... She was simply wonderful. A little slow to warm up to my outgoing personality but once we got to talking she was such a delight. l really enjoyed my visit, and even went for the all 3 even though I had no intention to. I was so impressed with Paige I hooked her up with a generous tip. Keep this one happy she is fabulous!
