“While trying to navigate through roadwork, I missed a turn and hit a pothole. I called Sanderson’s for roadside assistance to fix a flat tire. They were there within a few minutes. Also, the repairman fixed my flat within a few minutes and I was on my way. He was so polite and knew exactly what to! A big shout out to these people. Thanks for the quick and friendly help!”
“I called ahead of time about some tires and the quote they gave me over the phone is what they charge me when I got there. They got me in and out in less than one hour and 10 minutes. They were $60 less per tire than Lonneys Tire. I’m not saying anything bad about loonies, it’s just that when I can save money, oh man, I gotta go to restaurant I’m gonna do it”

I am not a mechanic in any sense, im the computer guy in my family. With this, i get anxiety when going to the mechanic because i dont know what i need or how much it should cost. (No one likes being ripped off)
Michael Goodson was at the front desk for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me impeccable information that i didn’t even think to ask. He is clearly knowledgeable about the business, he was also very transparent, honest and helped me get my repairs figured out.
Johnathan was able to pin point something that happened in my car , i didnt even know! He showed me and gave me advice on who to call, what to do, and honest review of those i was calling.
Keith Silva, he really is like glue. You could just tell he was a real leader and had respect from everyone in the shop, and he showed everyone else the same respect. He kept everything running on a tight ship. Very knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and a good sense of humor!
The store itself was also very clean, with plenty of chairs, outlets, and coffee!
Parking lot is clean too! Bonus points!

“I was traveling on hwy 30, and lucky me got a nail in my tire. I pulled over and googled tire shop and All about Tire came up. When I got their I was waited on right away. The lobby was clean and had a charging station for your phone or IPad, and a table for kids with crayons and stencils to trace. The restroom was clean. A pop and vending machine and free coffee. I had to wait a bit because they were busy, but I didn't mind. I was out of the rain. I was safe and warm. They fixed my tire and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them if you're ever in need, here's where you should go.”

“I had to get a battery for my car. I pulled in and most of the workers were eating breakfast sandwiches and trying to talk to me at the same time. They got my battery in pretty quick but when I had to pay it took so long, something about printer issues. I'm certainly not complaining because Autozone batteries where expensive and if I bought the battery from them they could not put it in. Walmart saved me about 80 bucks”

“These guys did an amazing job on my lift!!! I love it all the way. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn’t rub.. well they didn’t, but that’s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it’s okay. They did an amazing job giving my truck some life. I would most definitely bring my future vehicles here. Thank you mud connection!”

“I was visiting my daughter who attends college in Arkansas and her car began overheating. I live in Indiana and did not want to leave until she had a functioning car. This Firestone was quick to diagnose the problem. It was a bad radiator fan. It was replaced/repaired in a timely manner. (Less than a day) This allowed her to have a working car and gave me peace of mind that she had transportation. The kindness of the staff and willingness to repair the car quickly, even on a Saturday, was very appreciated. It was quality workmanship and continues to run great! Same goes for Kevin the owner of the business. I'm giving them 5 stars , although I just got my truck back this afternoon. But it seems to be doing as it should , and much much better than before. Also the work was performed in a timely manner. And this wasn't a small job.”
