“I was on a cross country trip with my Lexus GX470 when it asked for an oil change. This location was able to accommodate me immediately and the staff was extremely professional and gracious. Pricing was great for full synthetic too.I normally tend to do my own oil changes, but I would definitely come back to this location if I lived anywhere near. Highly recommended.”

“While trying to navigate through roadwork, I missed a turn and hit a pothole. I called Sanderson’s for roadside assistance to fix a flat tire. They were there within a few minutes. Also, the repairman fixed my flat within a few minutes and I was on my way. He was so polite and knew exactly what to! A big shout out to these people. Thanks for the quick and friendly help!”

He gave me more information than the Honda Dealership did, taking a lot of time to research and explain the problem. “We were in a bind and stranded on the side of the highway due to a blowout on our travel trailer. We were leaving Colorado and headed back to North Carolina and Looney's saved us! They sent a very nice gentleman to repair the tire that had blown out. The next day we had all of the remaining tires replaced. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn’t rub.. well they didn’t, but that’s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it’s okay. “I had to get a battery for my car. I pulled in and most of the workers were eating breakfast sandwiches and trying to talk to me at the same time. They got my battery in pretty quick but when I had to pay it took so long, something about printer issues. I'm certainly not complaining because Autozone batteries where expensive and if I bought the battery from them they could not put it in. Walmart saved me about 80 bucks”

“Had a flat on my girl's car and the hole was in the sidewall so I put the spare on and an hour later it was sitting on a flat! A friend of mine told me about a place on Broadway that sold used tires but they're out of business so I stopped at another place nearby and they tried to sell me a destroyed tire for $60 and a new one is only $110! At this point I'm frustrated so I called my friend at Jetts auto repair and he recommended Dale's used tires! I called Dale's and they had the exact tire I needed and the price was only $50 mounted and balanced and the tire was practically brand new and it came with a two-week warranty! If you have a flat or are just in need of a slightly used tire at a huge discount, go see the super friendly guys at Dale's Used Tires!”
“Ordered Tires online with an appointment, unfortunately my tires were not the correct size, they had to reschedule for the following Saturday once the correct tires arrived. We did however learn this after all 4 tires had been removed from my vehicle. I am pleased with the service and end result, but wished the service could have been completed on the initial visit.”
