Their fraud team does not protect you!! My 17 yr old daughter's phone was hacked. When she realized she was unable to login like normal. She went to the bank for assistance & received a nasty response from the teller stating verbatim "You did this & you know who this is. US Bank will no longer do business with you." My daughter came home crying! When I called the same day, I was placed on hold until the bryant, ar branch on Reynolds rd was closed. No one came back to the phone leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes. No investigation started whatsoever & the money was stolen out of her account. Simmons ensured me something like this will never happen to her with them. Which was reassuring in this day & time of scammers & such. I'm in the process of contacting Attorney General about this. If your thinking about opening an account with US Bank run! Go to Simmons their better.

This branch may be the slowest US Bank branch I’ve ever used. Repeatedly week after week. They run on a skeleton crew and don’t care about customer service. I’ve been banking with US Bank for over 20 years. Likely will close accounts if this continues.

Worst experience. Horrible customer service within the last year. I’ve had my business, personal, and credit card with us bank since 2017 and have never had an issue until this past year. I don’t know what has changed whether it’s new management or corporate policy but the customer service is lacking. A lady named Joy is the utmost worst to communicate with. She was extremely condescending and rude. Joy does not need to work in any kind of customer service or with people in general. My husband has closed done all of his accounts. They did not ask why or try to see if they could be helpful to keep him banking with us bank. He has also been with them since 2017. I will be doing some shopping for a new bank where I can have my business account. I’m very disappointed as I have had great customer service until this past year.

Every time I go to this branch, I'm treated very well. The workers are friendly, and they work hard to meet my financial needs. They're always ready to answer any questions I may have. They helped me refinance my mortgage, and not only did they save me money on my monthly payments, but they cut 5 years off the length of the mortgage. I'm very satisfied with the staff and the service.

The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. Their service was excellent and helped my wife and me with our refinancing on our house and saved us money and time on paying off our house. I would highly recommend this branch.

Went in to open a busines account. While i wait seated, it was very noticeable that the receptionist is super friendly with the gentleman teaching him Spanish and almost walking him out the door. When she came to "great me" she was totally different very hostile, stating that for business i need to make an appointment, Also requested all documentation be bring in on hand (not digital). As she goes to make an appointment, she requested ID, tomorrow -"we are booked"- she said, Wednesday?: -"we'll see"- and she continued very rude and hostile, i requested my ID back. -"I'm not finish"- she stated. at this point i reply, its ok, with that attitude in comparison to the service provided to others... i rather go to a different bank.Simmons got me right there 30minutes later I walked out with my bank account...This receptionist is a latin woman with a racist attitude. I'm sure the camera's can be a witness to this
