“Amazing. This jewel of a hotel would stand out in the middle of NYC and does so even more in the quiet and peaceful Arkansas Ozarks. It is simultaneously the oldest building in Cotter while also the one with the most modern furnishings. Elegant fixtures seamlessly flow together with century-old hardwood to make it feel like you are living in the roaring 20s while enjoying today's luxuries. All this for a price lower than several of the nearby chain hotels. 100% recommend, seven stars if I could rate it that high.”
“First off, Dale and Sarah are the best! They’re both incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. We stayed for six days, and the cabins were perfect — spotless, comfortable, and offering a stunning view of Bull Shoals Lake.
Every morning we enjoyed watching wildlife right outside the big picture window — chipmunks racing around, squirrels playing, and deer passing by daily. The beds were super comfortable, and Sarah even irons the sheets!
We brought our own pontoon boat, and their dock setup was ideal. Dale kept the dock adjusted perfectly as the lake level changed, making getting on and off the docks a breeze. The property also has cameras, so we felt very secure throughout our stay.
We decided to rent the golf cart for the week, and it was absolutely worth it — super convenient and fun. The prices were great, too.
We highly recommend this resort if you’re in the area — you won’t be disappointed!”

“Room was very clean. The guy that checked me in was nice. He even offered me something a bagel before I even finished checking in. His wife was respectable and she was always smiling.”
“Loved every minute with these gracious hosts in an immaculate and beautiful inn. We shared the table with fly fishermen who had great tales to tell and ate an enormous delicious home made country breakfast. Convenient location for folks like us just passing through.”
