My husband lost his job and we were told they would work with us (because our autistic daughter broke part of the couch) We are about a month behind. We were told today they are taking the couches today and going to sue my husband in court for 2500. Five days before Christmas. Would not recommend renting from them.

John the manager is great aswell as Jim but the other folks that answer the phone don't know anything about accounts or have knowledge about the item you are wanting to purchase. I rented a washer and dryer plus a sofa after thats paid I will not use this store any longer. Need to work on costumer service big time.

Seems like everytime I call to make a payment I always get the person with a bad attitude. Don't get me wrong there is one guy there Jim that's really awesome but if it's not him than, it's a totally diffrent story. Just poor customer service.

Really should read reviews before dealing with places.. Lesson learned. Work on your customer servic. And actually respond back as a person not just a scripted auto reaponse.. With These reviews y'all should really work on your business as a business and be a little more professional. Jim is decent, Brandon is a joke and should take training on how to deal with people in general.

This is the day I am supposed to get the word from them that I was able to get the computer ?️ and I was wanting the blue tooth speaker so I can finish my orientation for my online business degree at Colorado Technical university and the class started Monday morning. I'm not able to get straight talk phone to work well with the app and I constantly have been calling them to Tell them about it. I'm going to talk about it later. Aron's I hope you have to have a computer for me to get a education and I My small business. It's my address that's the only thing that will be a problem for them to be able to provide me a better way to get my business degree. This is a friendly place and I was impressed by the way you give them the information they want you to give them. On a kiosk. Make sure you spell your name and everything right the first time or you have to apply the old way

Lost me as a customer after I completely paid off two contracts and they continued to charge me for the easy pay plan and ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO REFUND THE OVERCHARGE...as a disabled woman raising two disabled grandchildren on a fixed income, we cannot afford to be over charged for anything at all...however, even if I had money to thro away this would anger me...couldn't even get a call back from the manager...never made it past jimbo who continuously mansplained to me that I have another month of warranty....as if I don't understand how insurance works...how the f can they continue to charge someone after they completely pay off their contracts and then refuse to refund the money???
