Wonderful, down to earth people work at my AFCU Cabot branch. I've been banking for 50 years. This is my first experience with the AFCU. My daughter highly recommended them and she was right. They truly do care about their customers. And I've never felt that my money was being protected like it is at AFCU. Kudos to Brandon for making my transition easy. I get a notification every time a transaction happens. Some might think that would be annoying but in today's times, we need those extra set of eyes protecting what we've worked so hard for. Thank you AFCU, Cabot. ?

My first time visiting this branch in Conway. They were very nice and helpful. They were busy and seemed to be handling it well but they could have used a extra person to help in lobby or drive thru. They transaction went smoothly.

I think the amount of fees are disproportionate to the services offered. I'd like to see less profits for CEOs and shareholders to give the people who use the bank benefits.

We’ve had mixed service with Arkansas Fed. There’s been times that they have been very easy to work with but recently there has been several issues that have happened. The biggest issue was when we got a loan with them to pay off some credit cards, some of the payments they sent went through just fine and others weren’t filled out correctly causing them to get sent back. Which in turn caused late fees for us as well as interest charges. It’s been frustrating because in the past they have been really good to work with. My suggestion would be if you work with them to handle anything you can on your own.

This trip was just a deposit in the drive-thru but the staff is always pleasant and helpful. I've been with AFCU for 40+ years and can't imagine banking any where else.
