I have been using Arvest for many years, but this past year, the service has declined dramatically. I have honestly never been treated with that level of hatefulness and incompetence. When I spoke to a manager, I was told that it wasn't their "job". Not one person stood up and said that wasn't right. I simply needed to make a deposit and the tellers ignored me for 20 minutes. When I asked for help, they accused me of threatening them. I just needed to make a deposit. No one should ever be allowed to treat people that way. I will NEVER go back and I hope NO one EVER gets treated the way I have this past year. Horrible people, incompetent bank!!! They have REALLY gone downhill and "management" is clearly not honorable, intelligent, nor compassionate. Avoid this bank at all costs!!!

The Cabot location is the slowest bank I've ever been to in my life. Absolutely horrible.

Called the Arvest Bank in Cabot to ask a question and someone named Pam answered the phone, when I introduced myself to ask the question, Pam hung up the phone so I had to call again. That honestly is not a good way for business and is not good way to treat your customers…

We have been banking here for years and we will be closing our accounts asap. My husband went to make our daily business deposits and they told him they didn’t have time to do them because they had other customers. New management has come in over the last few months and the customer service is awful.

Great people, open and airy. Super helpful! Only draw back, not near to me lol. But definitely the closest. They still have that small hometown bank feel no matter what branch you go to. We need more Arvest Banks!

Steer clear of Arvest in general but especially the Cabot, AR location. Spoke to Crystal, supposedly a manager and she has terrible customer skills, very condescending and treated me like I was stupid. I expected better from my local bank but they won’t even answer their phone and when you finally do get through, they treat you like NOBODY! Chrystal needs to find another line of work. I will take my business elsewhere!

I've been out of State now going on 3 years. Have had my card lost or compromised 4 times. Major pain trying to get it replaced. Had to start another account with another bank and split my funds and where they go to. $60 to over night a card to me, or wait 7-10 days to get another. 21st Century. Had to get a credit card through another bank. Been with Arvest now for 17 years. Time for a bank that can serve it's customers. Thank you Arvest for being able to turn my card off.

I will never have an account here.They charge $5 to cash one of their own checks if you don’t have an account here.I wouldn’t want anyone that I write a check to, to have to pay $5 to cash my check.

I have had an account since they opened in Cabot I haven’t really had any problems the girls and guys there are nice and always help me. I’ve had normal mishaps but that’s any bank I like they stay open later and are open on Saturday used to have regions and they suck...

I went to Arvest in Cabot to cash a check from a friend. Without warning they shorted me $5 and said they couldn’t do anything about it because its in the system. If I had been warned first I would have just went to my bank AFCU.

Drive to the Jacksonville branch. They make every small transaction a pain. Thank me later. Girls in Jacksonville are much more capable.
