These guys are simply amazing! As a woman going in I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I looked at their reviews and am so happy I chose to bring my vehicle here. They were VERY honest, good, and quick with the work. I called many many times for different things and they never once were rude to me or acted like I was a pain. I knew one of the issues,but wasn't sure on another. They were so fantastic that I decided to have them go ahead and put 4 new tires on my car as well! Definitely great company and can't say enough good about these guys. Also, they're very REASONABLY PRICED!!!

Really Expensive but they do a great job. They don't steal anything from your vehicle either, like 90% of other places do.

Amazing! Had a bad experience with dealership. brought here and it was repaired promptly and within the confines of the extended service contract. Very good first impression. Will be coming back for future issues

Pretty sure my car was taken for a joy ride. I reset my trip mile counter and fill up every 200 miles when i reach half a tank and i reset the trip counter. When i picked the car up there was over 900 miles on the trip counter and i would NEVER let that happen. Cars running fine though and at least they refilled my tank...*sigh* never again.Reply to owner:I will not be taking down my review. The car came in under my boyfriend's name (and I'm not mistaken your shop IS where we took it so don't play it off like I can't remember who worked on my car) and even he had to admit that the situation was strange (and he seldom likes to admit when I'm right) because he helps me keep gas above half tank and mileage under 200 per trip. Where he would just let it go and not say anything and just not give you anymore business, I am not so nice. I try hard to take excellent care of my car and there is no explanation that could justify putting over 900 miles on the trip and still only have used not even a quarter a tank. If it wasn't done by you the employer I'd look into who you have running the shop on down time.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They put a clutch in for me successfully. A couple weeks later my rear main, oil pan leaking oil when I had no leaks at time of clutch service. Also, when I pay $1600 for a new clutch why you can't guys suggest we replace rear main while you are already there. All I can say people is hang onto your wallet when you go there because they are super proud of their work. I'm not saying they are bad people just they didn't help me when I needed itService: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely amazing group of individuals! ?I was referred to their shop by another awesome mechanic shop who highly recommended them for my car's needed repairs. They were very professional and spot on! ✨They explained everything my car needed, and even helped me figure out options to cover the cost. ? Most importantly, for me, William and Randy answered everyone of my calls before, during, and after my car repairs! ?Got my car today, and it runs great! My wife's car would not start. Just got a new starter, than a new battery(I put I ), charged it but it was 100%, you tube and tried everything. I had the car towed into the shop and they said they will get to it... it was a loose battery cable. Did not charge anything and told my wife happy thanksgiving. I have taken all 4 of my vehicles here. 5 star work and customer service.

Will and Randy run a great shop. I was referred to them several years ago by the folks behind the counter of the local auto parts store. I keep cars for a long time and had issues finding a shop when my go-to in Jacksonville closed down. Over the past 5-6 years (maybe longer?) I have taken both of our cars in for a variety of repairs and have been 100% satisfied with the services rendered. One repair was quoted 3K by another shop in town to fix.... took it to Auto Pros and it ended up be roughly under 300.00 to repair and the issue never repeated itself. Secondly, the dealership told me I needed a new transmission in my Honda due to a shutter I was experiencing; Will and Randy suggested some flushing and a few extra maintenance items which fixed my issue completely ( and presented a plan to prevent it in the future.) Recently... I showed up completely unannounced with a dreaded transmission issue in my 16 yr/old's (new to us) car.... walked in, they knew my name and worked my kid's car in. Thankfully, it was an easy fix and they took care of it for a VERY fair price. I have no complaints here.... Great team and crew.Sometimes things take longer or cost more than expected (yes, had that happen to me her at too) but I have never felt it was unfair or unearned.
