Young man that helped me last time was great, the manager that helped me today however was very rude. I didn’t know which name my order was under as my partner ordered it. So I provided an order number, he was condescending after he couldn’t find my order. I asked if he could search up my name instead and he said no and directed another individual to help.

I had the best experience today. A gentleman I believe named Cass changed my headlight and helped me clean my battery post. This employee went well above anything I was expecting and he was more than happy to help me. If this store manager is reading this, just know that his kindness and willingness to help me gave me hope that true customer satisfaction is still appreciated. This will be the only place I buy my automotive parts at from here on. Thank you sir for all you did today. It meant more than you know.

Richard was a animal. I travel all over the United States and was temporarily in Cabot. Stop bye here and had to get a new battery.
Replaced it in the parking lot but the problem turned out to be my alternator. Being 6.5 hours away from my home I knew I had to think quick. The battery alone wasn’t going to get me home. Richard recommended helping me change out the alternator on the spot. Took 20 minutes and I was headed home. I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Best Auto parts store I’ve ever been apart of.
I definitely will give all my business to them moving forward

I really appreciated to this sales man helping me find the right part That I need. also staff they wait for me just a minutes after the closing time 9 pm ? assisting me with rental tools to fix my brakes caliper hey ☝️Polite and patient guy deserve a 5 stars thanks ? back to Little Rock safe !
