Absolutely the BEST, friendly customer service! I cannot recommend Budget Self Storage-Cabot enough. I honestly give it 10+ stars!!!!
They made the process of me renting a storage unit for the first time ever a very smooth process.
My climate controlled unit is clean, the property is safe/secure, and they even have some music playing in the building—a very nice bonus! Especially when you are the only person there—makes you feel way more comfortable instead of having that creepy, complete silence. 😁

The management staff is AMAZING!! Me and my wife hit a little rough patch and they 1000% went above and beyond to help us out! 20/10 recommend! Great people, someething not very common these days!

Who's outside playing with my puppy and picking up the occasional bit of trash when somebody comes out and says the owner does not want you playing with your puppy here on our property so definitely not a pet friendly area

RATS, When informed and shown my torn up property...a guy simply came out and the RAT poison around. Didn't care about my damages one bit! Raises cobstantly raises prices and is not like a little bit these are significant price jumps. Additionally, I am a first responder so holiday weekens... what's a Holiday ??? If fees fall on a holiday when they aren't open or if they don't answer ....too bad late fee. Even if on yr phone you can show them you called!!
I gave a two because my unit was never broken into.

Customer Service is awful. Planned to have unit cleaned out by end of month. Being a single mom and having no way to haul a dresser I had to have help. They ended up sick and was not able to go before the 1st. They WILL NOT prorate your Unit for the month so now I’m stuck paying the late fee and the full month for storage for a damn dresser for 6 days. $96 to have the unit for 6 days.. They tried to say they’d take the late fee off but they didn’t so I still had to pay just so the people helping could get the dresser.
Side note.. better be on your A game for paying your bills on time. It’s a $15 late fee after the 5th. Then after the 20th it’s another $15 late fee and they put a “ lien” on your unit. It’s basically out on there once you are 5 days late. Apparently the owners don’t believe in emergencies or life happening and are only out to take your money. Prices are also increasing in January.. another FYI. If you are thinking of renting here.. DONT do it.
The ONLY positive is having the gate and having to put in a code to get in and out for security.

This place is okay. My husband and I rented a spot for our camper and the reservation specifically said “covered parking”, which is what we wanted. Our spot was in fact not covered and there are not any covered spots at the facility. The spots are not marked off very well at all and there are tall weeds everywhere growing up through the gravel. We found a covered spot, with clearly marked spots, on a paved lot for only $15 more per month with a different company. I never felt like our camper wasn’t safe, we just didn’t get what we signed up for and there needs to be some maintenance done.
