I’ve never left a bad review in my life. This place should honestly get a 0 star review in my opinion. I was an infant teacher for half a day and my daughter who’s 4months was enrolled for half a day. I was with older infants 9m+. When I first walked into my class room it was freezing and I had on a jacket. Then I was greeted by the cutest babies who weren’t wearing socks or mittens, most were in shorts and a regular t-shirt, they’re feet and hands were freezing cold. they also had boogers all over there face. Every single one of there diapers was wet or dirty. When it was lunch time one baby was hysterically crying and the teachers seemed to be getting mad so I went over to him and picked him up, grabbed his blanket and bottle of milk to find out his milk was cold, they didn’t heat it up before giving it to him. Once they realized that I felt how cold the bottle was they took it from me and said they’ll go warm it up. Once it was warmed he had stopped crying and ate.

When I went to pick up my daughter I noticed the teachers seemed off, my daughter only got changed once and normally she needs to be changed 2-3 times within that time period, she only took one nap that lasted an hr.. she normally sleeps every 2-3 hrs and for 1hr-3hrs.. when I got home I noticed my formula container had only 2 scoops left when I put 15 scoops in before daycare. I told her teacher she eats every 1-3 hrs depending on her sleep schedule and she eats 4-5oz each time. when I looked on the app it claimed she ate only once and it was only 4oz. Which isn’t possible. She looked overly tired and overly fed. The next week after shes been more hungry than ever eating 5-9oz every 1-2hrs. All the kids there looked overly fed.

My child has been at Cabot Patch Daycare since he was 2 and is almost 8. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. They create a warm and welcoming environment. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s growth and happiness.
The facility equipped with engaging activities that keep kids learning and having fun. The communication with me as a parent has been fantastic—they are always available to answer questions or address concerns. I have constant access to call or message them with prompt responses on the daycare app. My child is always excited to go to daycare and see all his buddies.
My child absolutely loves going to Cabot Patch! It’s comforting to know they are in such great hands while I’m at work. If you’re looking for a daycare check out this place! Highly recommend!

My little girl went here for 2 years, and she loved coming every day! Her teachers were amazing. They loved her like she was their own child. They did crafts with her and taught her age appropriate curriculum.

I generally don't leave reviews and i have waited to decide if i wanted to, however my children attended this daycare and initially it was great, but the longer my children stayed, the more issues that arose. My children were constantly being hurt by others (yes kids play) however it was starting to happen more often than not (to the point of drawing blood and leaving bruises on several occasions). I would have to prompt incident/accident reports to be written probably every 2/5 instances.
They allowed my child to lay there and cry himself to sleep during naptime because his stomach hurt so badly (he also wouldn't eat lunch because it was hurting so bad) and only messaged me AFTER the fact, I asked for his temp to be taken and he also had a fever. Things were not being logged on the app correctly, if at all. When I brought this up to the owner and the fact i should have been called for my child having an upset stomach and fever, she cussed at me and told me she didn't owe me a damn bit of documentation and removed the option for PreK parents to recieve updates through the app stating a parent 'used it against the center' (their policy states they will CALL for these reasons for you to pick up your child). Leah was in the room during this phone call with the owner as well.
On seperate occasions, my child was told no he could not use the restroom during nap time, which resulted in several accidents and forced him to lay in his urine for the remainer of naptime, once I asked questions about what was going on and told them i would have my childs PCP write a note that they are allowed to use the restroom whenever they ask, my child was then allowed to use the restroom and the accidents stopped. They leave chemicals unattended, they're constantly on their phones, they don't rotate the meal schedule posting like they are supposed to or consistently have their curriculum posted (ALL of these are DHS guidelines- which the staff do not seem to be in full knowledge of what things are and aren't policies)
Most recently they allowed things to happen under their care and we had to get the police and DHS involved in the incident and I immediately pulled both of my children. For this instance as well, I had to prompt the manager and the staff that allowed this ongoing incident to occur to write an incident report.
There are good teachers at this daycare, however with poor management and poor training, things are allowed to happen and be swept under the rug.
I would definitely do your research prior to taking your children to this daycare and ask lots of questions. Years ago it was great, and there were no issues as we had a child attend here prior with limited to no issues. I fear that over time, the care and safety for the children has become almost nonexistent where the owner is concerned. Leah and Shauna try to do their best to handle situations as they arise, but when you have such an aggressive employer, im sure this creates an added obstacle to do your job efficiently.
Please do your research and be well informed for who you trust with your babies.

My daughter has been going here for the past 3 years and I honestly can’t imagine sending her anywhere else. The school age teachers have become a lot like family to us. I know (from experience) that my child is safe and if I felt like there were issues they would take care of my baby. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My child has actually REQUESTED to stay at daycare over going to work with me or staying home. It’s a fantastic atmosphere where my child loves to play and learn.

We love this place! My oldest started going here at 2 months old, 5 years ago. My youngest is now 18 months and has been here since 3 months old. They love and care for my kiddos like their own! They keep us informed and keep my children safe. Highly recommend!

Take all ratings with a grain of salt. Every child and parent is different, so the rating is very subjective, including mine. We all have different parenting styles and expectations. Some of us even struggle with entitlement. I am no different. My experience, though, has been great! My toddler moved here from an in home daycare in 2020. He has excelled in every way, especially speech, since coming here. He was 18 months old and could recite all of the ABCs in order. I consider that a huge win, since we didnt practice as much as we should have at home. The school has always taken covid very seriously and always communicates openly with us regarding illnesses. I've seen notices related to various illness going around in certain classes, which is appreciated because I know what to expect. The staff is direct, so that may not be for everyone, but I personally prefer it that way. I know my children are safe and loved here. I see the bonds my kids make with various staff members including the sweet lady, Miss Lisa, who works in the cafeteria. We recognize that kids are kids, so they will get hurt, they will get sick, and they will pick up other behaviors from other kids. It is par for the course. It will be no different when they make it to grade school. 10/10 recommend. As far as prices go, yes it is steep, but they have a business to run. They do me a huge favor every day by loving my babies and keeping them safe while I go to work. With inflation and cost of living going up, I expect these prices to be high. I hope this helps someone.

Kids allways came home sick. They wont let you in to inspect what is happening. They blame covid alot with no discernable proof. Constantly brag they are dhs funded regaurdless of the high prices. Kids would get hurt untill i addressed it and that stoped. The staff is rude, incompetent, and bossy. Your put out to be the bad guy if your child is hurt here. Dont recommend this day care. Something fishy is going on here. Frequently closes. Whats the point of having a day care if they close offten?

Allways dirty. Kids allways sick. Wont let you inspect. Not even when the kids are not in the building. Won't let you in to see what they are doing. Take frequent breaks off or closers. Blames covid alot with no discernable proof of why or how they can blame covid. Uses the excuse alot too of dhs funded even though they charge extremely high prices. Staff is rude and focuses on making you the bad guy when your child is hurt.

My daughter has been here for 2 years and they treat her well, she’s learned a lot. They’ve kept the place so clean and continue to take as many precautions as they can to protect them from the viruses going around. My kid is 100% happy here?

Went here as a kid, terrible place. The adults never helped, they did nothing about the older kids picking on younger ones. They just sat on their phones and laughed. Do not let your kids go here.

Our 18 month old daughter has been coming here for almost a year, so since she was 6 months. Our 6 year old has been coming for about 9 months. We have had zero issues. The teachers are all very communicative and helpful. The center is as clean as can be expected when there are hundreds of kids in and out every day. I have never seen any signs of mold or anything dirty/disgusting. I feel 100% comfortable dropping my children off here every morning. People tend to only leave reviews when they are upset or angry, which is understandable. But it is not right to leave made up reviews of a place. We have been through many day cares and this one is hands down the best.

Parents DO NOT send your children here, the staff is very unprofessional. Luckily my child could talk and tell me what was going on so I I could pull her immediately I feel aweful for the little ones there that can not speak and let there parents know how Shawna and Amy run that facility.
