When I set up my account I was told you'd be charged $3 for every month there was less than $100 in your savings.Today I was told my savings account was closed without ANY notice because there was a $0 balance for 2 months. My husband switched his direct deposit to that savings account, not realising it was closed because we weren't notified. Now we aren't able to get his check today and it has cause major problems for us.This could have been avoided if we were just notified that our account was closed.I'll be closing my account as soon as I'm able to and switching to a credit union. The person I talked to on the phone was not helpful or apologetic at all.

I’ve been a customer of Centennial Bank for 13 years, very pleased in all their services, in customer service they are very professional. Getting out of the parking lot at times can be a challenge.

Been with these people on and off for years my newest account ive had 94 of the mandatory 90 days to pull your overdraft off i have been waiting for this for the last 2 weeks and now that its here the back office still has not processed the paperwork for the 3 times ive tried to ensure that when i needed the money it would be ready surprise surprise its not ready my truck broje down last week so i had to throw rent into fixing it and now rents do if i dont get this money i will be forced to live on my truck so do NOT NOT NOT bank with these people because this is BS

Charged me a random overdraft fee when I had money, then wanted to be rude to me about returning the money. Customer service said the bank would take care of it, but when I was transferred to them they told me they weren't sure if they could. When I asked when they could find out they told me they wouldn't know and they'd have to talk to the manager. When they called me back to tell me they'd refund it they tried to tell me they were only doing it as a one time courtesy but went on to keep talking down to me. When I told them all the excuses sounded kind of shady and I would probably just look into changing banks- the girl kept trying to talk over me and I told her that's fine, bye. But she continued to try to keep talking over me. If I continue to bank with this company it will most definitely not be through this branch.
