Cameron was friendly and extremely helpful - excellent customer service!!! I went in because I couldn't access the HBO Max it was telling me I had. He checked my account and realized what the problem was, fixed the problem with me plans and saved me significant money in the process!!! Highly recommend!!

Staff not very helpful, they were when I first went there and set up them over a year ago, now however I couldn't even get their staff to email me a document so I could print it off. she had me call 1-800 cricket and then that wouldn't even go through I don't know what the deal was with that. anyhow called the Jacksonville store and they were very helpful it was no problem whatsoever I was on the phone about 2 minutes and then the document was sent right to me. will be doing all my business in Jacksonville from now on which is sad because the Cabot store is just down the road from me.

The team there is always very helpful and knowledgeable. We have 3 lines and all work and travel different areas and states and have had very few dead spots. Price for plans and phones are great.

Absolutely happy with my service and everything my friend referred me to them I got the privilege of Cameron being my salesman and he's the best and most helpful salesman he asked all the right questions helped explain everything to my understanding and helped me choose the right plan phone cases it all Im very pleased with it he didn't let me overdue myself he heard me and did amazing already telling family and friends to go there

The lady who helped me was awesome she was alone in the store with many customers including one that was not so nice at first but she kept everything professional. And got all my lines hooked up and saved me money!!!

Wonderful service from employees. One in particularStacy is very nice, very helpful, very understating, and very well spoken, and she always dresses nice as well, and always smells nice too ?, which is a good thing, and a plus for me, can't really speak for anyone else. Stacy is always very, very presentable every time I walk in the store, and I've never had any issues with her for, or about any reason. Thanks for continuing to service my cricket wireless needs. I think I'll be with you guys for a quite some time ??????
